When we went to view the furniture there was no hard sell etc, was left to decide what I wanted and really helpful advice. Very accommodating with regards to storing furniture until needed and to be fair they fitted me in for a last minute delivery. Was well worth providing a bacon buttie for 😂 informed the wrong parasol had been delivered so they brought it a couple of days later. Great buying experience and will definitely recommend…. The conversation with regards to favourite snack and Chinese takeaway meals topped it😂😂 thanks very much

Great service from clearance zone Hull from ordering to delivery. Was delivered on the time they stated.Love the coffee table but noticed one slight defect rang the the store a guy called Chris who was very obliging and said that they would send a replacement .

After visiting other large retailers this store was by far the best. Upon entering we weren’t met by pushy salespeople but instead greatly in a warm friendly manner and left to browse the store at our leisure. Once we had found what we were looking for the staff informed us of the different options in materials, colors & accessories. Placing the order was quick and easy no lengthy paperwork, we were informed of the expected time period we would have to wait for delivery. Once the order was ready for delivery we were given a date and a 2hour window, it was delivered within the allocated time period by 2 wonderful delivery guys, who brought it in, unpacked it all and removed all the packaging. The quality of the sofa and chairs we choose is exceptional, good quality and well made. The color and materials were exactly what we chose . I would recommend this store to anyone looking to purchase a good quality product which is built to last and at a reasonable price.
