The Clearance Zone is a family owned business trading from Hull, East Yorkshire. We have four stores across Yorkshire with over 50,000 sqft of showrooms for our customers to shop. Our stores are based in Hull, Bradford, Barnsley and Mexborough. We supply Sofas, Oak Furniture, Bedroom Furniture, Dining Furniture and Garden Furniture in stores and online via our website.
Our huge range of Sofas are displayed in store and are generally available for immediate delivery. They are available in a wide range of colours and fabrics - all available at a fraction of the price vs major retailers. Our selection of clearance Oak Furniture is one of the largest in the region, all of which is available for immediate delivery. Its the same story across our Beds, Mattresses, Bedroom Furniture and Dining Furniture - the majority of items are available for immediate collection or delivery.
Our wide range of Garden Furniture sets us appart from the competition where we have 1000's of items available and 100's on display across our three stores. Each of these sets qualify for FREE DELIVERY, ASSEMBLY AND REMOVAL OF PACKAGING - which is a brilliant service and our drivers receive amazing feedback.

Excellent service from going in to have a look staff couldn't do enough with out being pushed got a good selection of sofas which l was looking for stayed in touch with delivery and delivered without any problems would definitely tell people to go and have a look 😀 👍

Excellent !
First time we have bought from here , helpful shop floor staff.
Waited for our delivery and when it did arrive there was a bit of damage possibly caused whilst in transit.
Contacted them and they went above and beyond with options for us ( replace the items or give us money back ) So happy with the customer service we received from Chris we will definately purchase from them again!
