Checked this site for reviews before ordering as it was a good price, so after seeing good reviews I ordered a outdoor furniture set on 03/08/26, delivery initially scheduled for 18/08 with a phone call the day before to confirm and give a time slot for delivery.
Didn't have a phonecall on 17th so rang and was told they had got it wrong and they’d be delivering 19th now and that it was it was “on the van” ready for delivery. Had a phonecall 18th saying that they had had a delivery but my order was missing despite being told it was “on the van”.
After a few phone calls delivery was arranged for the 26th of August. In the meantime I’d found it cheaper so called for a refund as I wasn’t happy being messed around and the price was now more expensive. Spoke to one of the sales staff who price matched and said the set was all together and double checked ready for delivery the next week, so I decided I would let them deliver on the 26th.
Had a phonecall on 25th confirming delivery slot which I was happy about, two hours later had a call saying the chair was missing from the order now (despite being checked and assured all items were there), and that it would be sent on a pallet the week after.
Cancelled the order and got it elsewhere.
Seemed like they couldn’t source the items despite it saying online that they were in stock, but just kept stringing me along with lies after lies hoping I’d wait until they sourced the items.
Wouldn’t trust this company at all, despite their reviews on here. staff not bothered when you call them, happy to lie to you about delivery dates and having stock there.
Complete waste of time.

The Maze garden furniture is super quality and looks great in our garden. There was a delay in shipping but Chris worked very hard to get it to us on time for a family celebration we were having. Great company selling beautiful garden furniture! I am very happy :)

We ordered the Maze Oxford dining set from The Clearance Zone.

They offered us the set at a very competitive price and delivered the set to our door well within the timeframe, and they were in touch with us throughout too.

The tabletop unfortunately broke in transit. But I was impressed that they went out of their way to resolve the issue straight away. They sent out a replacement to us, which arrived very shortly after, and they even checked in with us afterwards to make sure we were happy.

I was very impressed and would not hesitate in recommending them to friends.

The store was really excellent but the people who came to build the furniture did it wrong the glass for the fire pit was wrong way round we had to re-do it the sofas were not joint together so when the weather was windy the sofa blew around the garden ☹️

Excellent service in the store, was try to word, rang when they said they would and delivered on time by two amazing young men, who were jovial and very friendly.

Staff really helpful but not at all pushy. showroom pleasant to browse, very competitive price for my sofa, communication about order and delivery was excellent and arrived sooner than i expected which was great.

Got to be honest as good as it gets this was so straight forward from the start, well happy. proper people doing a great job, and the quality is every bit as good as expected, great selection great prices, and delivered bang on time by two top fella’s . Big thanks to all🙏 ,
