It was a pleasure to receive such good service from start to finish. There was plenty of helpful advice and information without any pushy sales pitch and everything went exactly as expected. The booking of delivery was very good and staff extremely accommodating. The delivery itself was faultless, Kami and Sam are very competent and a credit to the business. A lovely experience, which made a very refreshing change. Thank you to all concerned :)

Staff were very helpful in the sofa shop explaining the billing process but also in helping me choose the right sofa and right colour. The delivery staff were also very nice and got on with the job with no messing! They came in and asked where I would like the sofa putting and listen well. Thank you KC sofas. Bought a sofa in October 2024, the sofa started slightly creaking and then dipping down in less than a year.. I got in touch with KC sofas but the sofas only have a years warranty (now I know why)
I would have contacted them sooner but I had my first baby in July 2025 so had a lot on my plate. Anyway we had taken out the 5 years cover KC SOFAS sells so thought it would be fine, opened a claim with the company that does the cover in Feb 2026, it’s now mid way through may and our sofa is still broken, we have had two engineers out, one confirmed the way the sofa has been made it was always going to break sooner or later (good to know and clearly shows not good quality)
The sofa has got so much worse since we opened the claim with stainguard and sounds like it’s on the brink of collapse… it’s not even 2 years old which is ridiculous! So for 4 months we have only been able to use half the sofa (it’s a large corner sofa) and we have a baby which has made things so hard for us

I am fuming as I referred my sister to this company as well who bought the same sofa as me, I was referring my mum but have told her to stay away if this is the length of life you can expect from the sofas they sell. Really disappointed because the staff were wonderful when we bought.

I have now had a reply from KC sofas and basically have said not their problem it’s outside the year warranty… if you want to spend thousands of pounds on a sofa for it not to last a year and a half then go to this company

From stepping foot into the showroom up to delivery, the delivery team, Nathan and Tyler called before arrival, arrived on time and handled the delivery with the utmost professionalism. They were polite, efficient, and extremely helpful throughout the process, ensuring the sofa was safely positioned without any hassle. Visited the Lincoln store where we were warmly greeted and explained what we were looking for. Found just what we wanted, simple ordering process and sofas delivered on time. They were brought in and assembled by Tyler and Noah who did a great job. We would recommend KC Sofas to our friends and have done so already.

A few weeks ago we visited KC Sofas at Lincoln. We were met by James who explained the layout and left us to look around. He answered our questions and and options in a very professional manner. After checking sizes we eventually placed an order. Two weeks ago we were contacted to arrange for delivery and agreed on a date and time. On the day we were contacted 30 minutes before arrival and when Tyler and Nath arrived they unpacked and positioned our chairs and sofa exactly where we wanted them and removed all the packaging. We have been very impressed with the chairs and sofa and would like to say a big thank you to James, Tyler and Nath for the excellent service and who are all a credit to the company. KC Sofas are highly recommended by us.

Our 1st visit to showroom and Andrew? Was very obliging and listened to our criteria and thoughts, offering solutions, thank you. Lead time was as advised and delivery date duly agreed. Kami and Sam delivered and set up with minimum fuss and no disruption, very polite and quiet in their work, thank you all.

The showroom in Doncaster was excellent clean bright and airy with a great range of products on display. We picked the sofa style and colour we wanted and upgraded to a leather which we are extremely pleased with. The delivery times we adhered to and the two men Tyler and Nath who delivered the settee were very helpful, friendly and professional and even demonstrated the reclining feature and also checked the usb points were working. Overall 10/10 and we would recommend this company to anyone
