Absolutely fantastic firm to purchase from the minute we walked in Dean was there to great us, very quick as I knew what I liked from just their website, very friendly, sat on the sofa I liked, nothing was to much trouble, then delivery day came, they rang to say a time then the delivery drivers Nathan & Cami turned up and we'll what can I say so very polite & friendly, placed everything were we asked, checked everything over, polite goodbye and off they went, top quality service throughout and a credit to the company. Highly recommend KC SOFAS. PS Love my sofa

When ordering we was told 4 - 6 weeks delivery. After chasing with several calls and email later, we have now been told it's not arriving to depot until 25 March the delivery after that. It seems after it has been ordered by
ourselves the after sales is very poor

I have looked into your order, and can see that at point of sale all of your order, minus the console unit, was in stock and ready for delivery. The order was given an estimated lead time of 4-6 weeks for the console unit to arrive.
You were initially updated in February that the estimated time of arrival of the console was mid march. The console unit is now scheduled to arrive approx. 25/03.
As per our terms and conditions and your order confirmation, all lead times are estimated. sometimes items can arrive sooner, sometimes later - depending on material availability, such as wood frames, mechanical parts and electronics which can be impacted by external factors, of which we are aware there are current on-going issues now affecting parts globally.
Once the item arrives in stock, I can see a note has been left for a priority delivery to get your order to you ASAP. As long as shipping is not further disrupted you should receive your order in full approx. 8-9 weeks from ordering. A delay of 2-3 weeks. Again we would stress, this is all mentioned in our terms and conditions and also your order confirmation at point of sale.

I personally recommend this company. No "pressure" sales people. Just constructive helpful advice from Steve. And Kami and Sam, the delivery men both were polite, respectful and very pleasant. Would have no hesitation buying again from KC Sofas Castleford.

James was excellent, friendly and knowledgeable without being pushy. We were a long time choosing our new furniture but at no time was put under any pressure. Relaxing atmosphere and a brilliant choice of seats. Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for new sofas. All the settees look to be of a high quality and the showroom is well stocked.

Great staff attentive and knowledgeable, helpful in every way but not pushy. Good fast and on time delivery, can't find anything to complain about , have recommended you to many friends and family. My 86 year old sister in law has already brought a Lazy-Boy after trying out ours.
