This is the second time we have had this company deliver to us. The delivery chaps are so polite, helpful and professional. Goods were carried up the stairs, unwrapped and they took the packaging material with them. Really nice hard working people. They notified me in advance of the delivery date and throughout the allocated time slot as to their arrival time, which was exactly on time. Really great service, highly recommend this company.

Delivery on time with half hour phone call confirming "on the way". Useful, because the mattress arrived at 7.30am! Polite and respectful crew. They put on overshoes immediately they entered the house and took care not to scrape my newly painted hall stairs. Refused with courtesy my offer of refreshment. Took away all packing and demonstrated the same care in removing my old mattress as they did delivering the new one. In and out in ten minutes but ensured their vehicle engine was turned off during their visit. This is a green company! Recommended without reservation.

I received a phone call to say that they would be with me in the half hour arrived on time, they were respectful of my property and professional in the way they removed my old mattress and brought in my new one. They also took away all the packaging that came. Would highly recommend them 👍

Arrived on time and were friendly and obliging

Very good company for mattress collections. I had to send a mattress back from Emma-Sleep. They contacted me the day before via text and email. First to acknowledge the day of arrival and then with a time-slot. Called me when they were 30 mins away from my flat. Took the mattress with no fuss, didn't need the box or any excess packaging.

The company and collection team kept us informed of their arrival time and were on time. Both operatives were polite and friendly and observed all the required safety protocols. They even brought a bag big enough to fit the mattress being collected and wrapped it prior to removal. Can't rate this company highly enough.
