Recently moved to a new build Keepmoat Homes in Scotland. Customer Service is great so far.

I know there’s a lot of negative feedback about new builts and the many things that has gone wrong but Keepmoat’s staff on site and customer service on phone are second to none. They genuinely care for you and your house that you recently bought. They don’t just sell and leave you hanging. They try their best to help and accommodate needs as much as they can. If they don’t have the solution, they try to get you connected to who can. Fast response, Quick turn around. Still yet to see how the house build is but as far as customer service goes, we have been treated exceptionally well.

We went to The Kilns in Hornsea for a look at 2 bedroom homes. Joel was so helpful and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to help us in our search. He is an asset to your company. Thank you Joel we will be back when we are ready to move.

I bought my house from Keepmoat, and overall it was a very positive experience. Oliver, the sales agent, was very helpful and guided me through the entire process, making everything clear and straightforward, and I’m especially pleased that all snagging issues were resolved quickly and efficiently with effort of Eliene .Communication was good throughout, with any delays clearly explained. I also expect the same level of support in the future if needed. Overall, I’m very happy with my new home and the service I received.

We are very happy with our new home from Keepmoat House. The house is beautifully built, finished to a high standard, and the whole buying process was smooth from start to finish. The team especially Oliver and Eliene was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout. We would highly recommend Keepmoat House to anyone looking for a quality new home.

We recently had some work completed by our builder, and overall, we’re very pleased with the outcome. From the start, communication was clear and professional, and the team was approachable and easy to deal with.

The quality of the work carried out was to a good standard, and the issues identified were acknowledged and addressed promptly without unnecessary delays. It was reassuring to see the willingness to listen and put things right where needed.

The jobs/observation were completed within a reasonable timeframe, and the team showed respect for our home throughout the process.

Mr J is an excellent man, who fixes things so fast. He is very good at his job. Quite friendly.

We're convinced our Hazel will be perfect when we get in. But right now there are a lot of things that need finishing/completing before we can move in. Kelly is now on the case and we are feeling a lot more confident now.

The house is lovely, it has its snags but which house doesn’t. However, trying to get this developer to do ANYTHING is exhausting, boring and an absolute battle. The garden is slightly sloped and supposed to be permeable, however the bottom half of our garden is absolutely sodden when it rains so the grass has died, both gardens either sides lean into ours and we have a garage right at the back so where is the water supposed to go? They’ve designed 3 gardens worth of water (rain) to fall to the lowest point and then stopped it dead by putting a flat base for a garage. Although there is an active stage 2 complaint and our shared owner have agreed work needs to be done ie a French drain and returfing the back dead bit. Keepmoat have repeatedly ignored this complaint and when they have corresponded they’ve said technical team said no, however the site manager and operative both agreed work needs to take place. They tried everything to redirect responsibility, the dog; the trampoline, the maintenance. Instead of just accepting responsibility that they have given us a garden that is not fit for purpose.

They seem to think I would be gaining significantly by having half the garden dug up and returfed in the middle of summer. Ridiculous.

It was a great experience working with Diane. She was patient, professional and resourceful in every way.

Emanuel was amazing, he touched up everything we needed. Ensured the properly was all done correctly, gave me tips to keep up, really nice fella! Pleasure to have around!

We still do not know exactly where Plot 23 is, even after 4 visits to the office, which has been an 8 hour round trip each time.

I visited the Gainsborough site today to enquire what was available. Although the property I was looking for was not available, Martyn provided exceptional customer service. I hope to deal with him again.

We recently purchased the Kilda house on the Millwood estate in Kilbirnie at the end of October. As experienced purchasers of new builds properties over many years, we wanted to find a house that was going to be our final home as part of a retirement plan. We definitely found the one that was just perfect in every way for us. I can honestly say that Keepmoat Homes has been our best house to date. The attention to detail & quality within our house design/layout has been of the highest standard. Keepmoat offer a wide range of stunning contemporary, minimalist & modern options for their kitchens, bathrooms, etc during the purchase process. I can honestly say that our experience from our first visit, to moving in, to aftercare has been of the highest standard from all the team who have supported us in our new chapter. The aftercare from the team has been very exceptional, especially from Craig site manager, Mark assistant manager, Ashley customer services, Linda in the sales office. All the team on site have been very helpful & supportive with any problems we’ve encountered with snagging issues. Kevin also has been amazingly supportive with any problems we encountered over the past 6 months. Any worries or concerns from us was met with empathy, compassion & enthusiastically acted upon by all the team. Any problems at all big or small the team are always happy to help. We would definitely highly recommend Keepmoat Homes

My experience with James from customer care at Keepmoat was total satisfaction.

James arrived for a very routine job but once alerted to an existing problem - which was far more complex did not pass the buck as often is the case and saught resolution with vigour and good cheer, (going above and beyond his call) demonstrating clear experience, expertise and good judgement. We don't normally leave reviews but have to say Oliver Morson did a brilliant job for us. Help us to solve the bathtub panels as well which we were struggling to find a solution to it. He done a very detailed job in terms of sealing our vinyl floor in the bathroom. Would highly recommend him.
