Customer service
I made an order for 2 door's, A/B was very comnutitive. But after he'd gone on holiday, little was done. I had to email numerous times. Eventually, I phoned and spoke to Stephen , who dealt with my issue very efficiently. He sorted it and I got my door's delivered the next morning. However, there didn't seem to be anything Stephen had to work with about my order, apart from my word. I work in retail, and it's always appreciated if someone goes the extra mile. Thank you Alan and Stephen.

Would definitely recommend
First time using Kelvin timber and I would definitely use again. Whole process was easy, good communication after I submitted my order and the delivery guy was brilliant and had it unloaded and where I wanted in no time.
