Great parts advice, OK overall service
I was very pleased to be given advice about the parts I needed for my Picanto and the parts were supplied at a competitive price. However, I did have to chase the delivery and the parts were delivered 5 days later than originally advised. When the parts arrived, the cabin filter was squashed and deformed but overall the service was ok.

Have used fish brothers Kia many times, always reliable and dependable. Last order was sent out and arrived damaged but fish brothers Kia soon addressed the issue and a replacement sent out no fuss. 5 star dealership and there staff 2nd to none for going out of there way for customer satisfaction

Website easy, product wood quality, only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the DHL service, absolutely awful. Not only your products but other suppliers as well. Should have been with me between 12.13 and 20.00, went to bed at 9.30 pm and no delivery. Found it on front doorstep this morning and checked ring doorbell and delivered at 21.40. Could have been stolen and they just don’t care. Suggest you check into the service they provide !

Wrong parts, no refund.
Parts sent are incorrect despite going through model, year type and even my vehicle registration...
They were "only" jet washers, but it's incredibly dangerous and downright irresponsible to send off a part which can literally mean the difference between vision and no vision on the road after they gather so much information on the vehicle and still get it wrong - coupled with their refusal to refund anything opened... avoid this company.
