We bought a BMW330d from Kingsbridge. Superb customer service. Kimmo takes great pride in his job & was really knowledgeable and informative - great sales experience without pressure. Very reasonable part-exchange arranged. We also had a front and rear camera fitted - really professional job. Swift service - car was MOT'd and given thorough valet ready for collection. Would definitely recommend.

Flawless, professional service
From the initial phone call about purchasing my Octavia to collection, Elliott was a pleasure deal with. He explained optional extras without pushing anything I didn't want. The car was in an immaculate condition and everything went smoothly. Great experience all round.

Kingsbridge and in particular Kimmo have been an absolute pleasure to deal with! Kimmo made contact in the first instance following my initial enquiry (which was responded to within a couple of hours), he described the car, took my part exchange details, went away did his homework and come back with a fair and reasonable offer against my chosen car. Kimmo went over and above to even provide a video walkaround of the car once it was prepped. He arranged me a viewing and test drive and all was ready to go and all very well organised for the test drive. He kept me informed throughout the week whilst the car was finally prepped and we discussed the various extended warranty options. Collection Day - again an absolute pleasure, well organised all ready to go. Kimmo was just what want a car salesman to be knows his stuff but allows you the time to think things through and make your own decision whilst being guided as required! Top Experience 100% recommend!!

5 star delivery and service
I bought a BMW X3 from this dealership and dealt with Tee from start to finish. His open, honest and transparent approach was a breath of fresh air. Given that I was a distance buyer, I was happy to travel down to Stourbridge based on my experience dealing with Tee.
I was not disappointed. The vehicle was better than described and absolutely fulfilled ever that the guys had suggested it would.
Very rarely have I come across a car dealership that excels in terms of customer service and customer satisfaction. I absolutely would not hesitate to buy from Tee again. 5 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
