Impressive operation
Impressive operation. I sold my car through Carwow to Kingsbridge - their initial price was over the "webuyanycar" valuation. They did negotiate the price down a little after inspection for stone chips which I had not noticed (but were there) and tyres needing replaced, but their price paid was still a fair deal. Eva dealt with the process and was proactive, responsive, clear and fair.

i called this garage to confirm a vehicle was still in stock and available, upon speaking with a helpful gent called Elliot he also helped me with the finance, i was offered a higher APR with a broker, but Elliot was able to get me a better APR (9.9%) and with some extras added into the finance quote (Tracker system and front/rear dash cams and ceramic coating protection) this reduced my insurance so the extra price for these items was saved via insurance. collected my new car yesterday and what a machine it is, i love every piece of this and how easy it was to get everything sorted, would 100% and will be using again when the Mrs is looking for her new car.

New car purchase
I’ve recently purchased my first sports car from Harry at Kingsbridge. I wasn’t totally sure that I was ready to make the purchase but Harry was very helpful without being pushy, to be honest the car sold itself. 3 months on I’m extremely happy with my purchase and Harry’s been on the phone whenever I’ve needed some advice. I’d definitely recommend Kingsbridge and I’ll certainly contact Harry when I decide to upgrade.

Just purchased VW T Roc from Kingsbridge it’s was very easy and quick process the whole sale process was very professional and the staff was so friendly and very helpful and Anna was so helpful with the purchase my car the car I bought was low value compared to the car stock that was available but that did not make any difference in the service that was given big thank you to you all at Kingsbridge

Bought a car from Kingsbridge and the whole process ran very smoothly and professionally thanks to Harry. Although the car purchased was low in value compared to most of their stock I felt we received the same level of service we would have expected if we had bought something more expensive. As some others have said, they purchased my vehicle via carwow. In great condition and no issues. As others have also said upon collection tried to reduce the price due to market values as they could not find any issues. If they do not realise car values go up and down they should not be in business.
Absolutely scandalous company, if they don't want to buy at a certain price simply do not bid. Would genuinely never buy or sell to them again.
They sell some nice cars but operate like a 3rd rate garage.
Take your money and go to a far more trustworthy company.

As a business that buys hundreds of cars every year, we work hard to ensure our offers are fair, accurate, and based on real-time market data. While market fluctuations can sometimes affect valuations, it’s never our intention to mislead or reduce offers without clear reasoning.
