Gave it 4 stars, was going to drop it to a lot lower due to excessive delivery costs (extra charges on top of the standard delivery charge even when they advertised free delivery), delivery was a day late after taking a day off to receive the delivery. But the final product was spot on and can’t find any fault with all 19 doors, plinths etc. Bought the fjord green high gloss doors which are excellent

Very sturdy unit

The unit was brilliant exactly what I wanted e.g colour and style would recommend them. The reason I only gave 4 stars was it came with no fixings or pilot holes which I found rather odd

Check the spec in detail before you order

I was referred after contacting the original manufacturer of a door, that KDH had the distribution rights to the product after they had discontinued it, the ordering process is easy enough but it took nearly a month to arrive and when it did, it was a different spec. KDH wont refund as they say it was made to order. The website does not list the full spec of the product so beware before you order, check everything, once bitten....

Overy easy to order.

Once we got some advice from our joiner it was very easy to select the size doors we wanted. They were delivered in good time and extremely well packaged. Couldn't fault the service.

Product was as discribed and just what…

Product was as discribed and just what I needed. However it took longer to be delivered. The tracking of the courier was impossible and had to stay in all day loosing a day's work. Most couriers give a more accurate delivery window.

Good value, well built and wide range of units

I ordered a small number of units, doors and accessories for a new garage and utility room. One of the attractions was both the value and the wide range of colours not just of the doors but also of the units.
You do have to work out everything in detail before going onto the site and keep double checking as you work through your list but overall the process was fairly straightforward. The lead time and delivery were relatively quick and easy - I chose the option for two man delivery and everything was carried inside for me.
I haven't fitted the units yet yet but they seem to be well built and finished and when it comes to fitting out my kitchen I shall have no hesitation in ordering again from Kitchen Door Hub.

Review for a door I haven't got yet !!!!!!

Have just been asked for a review for a door I haven't even got yet !ordered last month paid £29 for delivery then got an email weeks after saying it was scheduled for delivery which never turned up !had to call customer service which was then told they had problems with their suppliers and it was delayed for the week after.have been told it is a confirmed delivery date but not holding much hope for it.think the price for delivery to get it a month later is shocking hopefully will get the door and not have to deal with them again customer service is very poor.waited for my confirmed delivery date had to call to ask if was been delivered been told another two weeks now not even made !!!! Absolute joke !!

Extremely Disappointed

Extremely Disappointed – Poor Communication and Repeated Delays

I originally placed my order with Kitchen Door Hub on 27 May 2025, with a promised delivery date of 10 June. That date came and went with no delivery and no communication from the company. I had to call them myself, and was told they would investigate – but no one got back to me.

After chasing again, I was informed there was a problem with my order and the new delivery date would be 16 June. Once again, no delivery arrived, and I had to call them yet again. I received more apologies, but no real resolution. I asked for compensation at that point and was told they were unable to offer any, despite letting me down twice.

The next delivery date was pushed to 10 July – and again, nothing arrived. When I followed up, I was told the courier had lost the order, and it would need to be remade. I once again asked for compensation and was told it would be "looked into."

Throughout this entire ordeal, I repeatedly asked to speak with a manager, but no one ever called me back.

A new delivery date was set for 21 July, and I called ahead to confirm it would definitely arrive. I was reassured it would, and again asked for compensation – this time, I was told I'd receive a call later that day with confirmation. That call never came. Thankfully, the order finally arrived on 21 July – nearly seven weeks after the original delivery date.

Today, I followed up yet again and was told that only my delivery charge would be reimbursed.

Over the course of this process, I have:

Cancelled tradespeople three times

Sent four follow-up emails

Made eight phone calls

Still not received a single call from a manager

At one point, I even had to look up the company to make sure it was legitimate.

This has been an incredibly frustrating experience, and I would strongly advise caution before ordering from this company. The lack of communication, accountability, and customer care is simply unacceptable.

We completely understand how frustrating this must have been, especially as this only came to light after you contacted us to chase the order — and for that, we sincerely apologise.
We’re also very sorry for the issues with your delivery. As this was carried out by a third-party courier, it was unfortunately outside of our direct control.
We always advise waiting to book any fitters until all items have been delivered and checked, but we know that delays like this can cause real disruption.
Regarding your refund, we can confirm that the delivery charge was refunded in line with your request, and this has now been processed for you.

Amateur company

Order with 100mm holes, were drilled at 92mm so I needed to spend time making new holes in the carcass and now have holes showing. Very amateurish company. Refused to refund

No Reply - All is well.

I would like to delete my previous comments about this company. I have been contacted in a professional manner and without any animosity, the order promised will now be delivered in June. I would like to thank the staff for their reply and speedy conclusion to this problem ; something I find repeating itself, as in this case, is the use of zero's and points in measuring, these get lost when copied and this leads to a miscalculation, A hint to overcome this is to use metric and imperial measurements together.
