Gave it 4 stars, was going to drop it to a lot lower due to excessive delivery costs (extra charges on top of the standard delivery charge even when they advertised free delivery), delivery was a day... Voir plus

First Class Service.
I received my order on time but three doors were damaged. I contacted the Customer Service Dept by phone and was asked to send photos of the damaged doors which I did. Within minutes I received an email informing me that the doors would be replaced by a specific date. They duly arrived on said date in perfect condition, much to my surprise and expectation having struggled with on line purchases in the past. I wish I had asked for the name of the person who took my call as she was extremely competent and reassuring. Wonderful product, wonderful company and wonderful customer service. Highly recommended.

Arrived with muck on it
Door arrived as requested but was in a damaged state with what looked to be a resin type substance on the upper front of the unit

Decent quality units and pretty easy to order, however I would have appreciated some instructions for the various bits which needed configuring such as wall brackets. I was also mildly disappointed at having to pay an additional £100 for delivery outside of their delivery area which was not made clear when I went to complete the order online.

Excellent Customer Service and great choice
Couldn't find the kitchen doors I needed to replace an existing door - Kitchen Door Hub had the exact ones amongst a vast variety of doors. The customer service team were exceptional, even picking up on the fact that I had made a mistake on my order. Easy transaction from start to finish and always someone at the end of the phone to help when needed.
