Just ordered a couple of items which were dispatched quickly. Easy website to use ( and free pair of scissors)

I called up to double check they had the stock before purchasing (because of some of the negative reviews on here). They responded swiftly. I then purchased the knife online but had a issue with age verification. Again, I called up. I spoke to a lovely, very helpful lady. I sent her a photo of my I'd, she manually verified it. It was posted out that day. I received it the next day. Positive experience. Will use them again.

I purchased a set of knifes from Kitchen Knifes several weeks ago.
I had to speak to the sales team in Lancaster regarding my error in purchasing two sets of knifes instead of one.

Overall I'm happy with my experience with Kitchen Knives. They have a good selection of knives and good prices. But their website could do with some improvements, like better photos and accurate descriptions. For example, I bought three Sabatier knives which seemed to have been made in France, but on the packaging I've seen Made in PRC. I returned them and the process was fairly simple. Also, I called them a couple of times and only once I got to speak with someone who actually seemed to know knives. Anyway, I could recommend them for kitchen knives.

Whilst I feel the company is great, I am somewhat disappointed with the Sabatier knives themselves. I was specifically looking for good quality knives that could go in the dishwasher but they come out each and every time with rust spots - not great....
