Visited the showroom today and was helped by Tom. What a fantastic experience. He was knowledgeable about all the products and advised me accordingly as to what would suit me for my purposes. The showroom is quite small and not fully geared up for customers as I believe this is more of an online business but Tom let us go through a good selection in the shop and then went to the warehouse to get a few (quite a few in truth) more knives and we opted for the most expensive knife in the range. We were dressed scruffy, having arrived at the shop from a camping expedition but were treated like royalty (no, not Andrew, obviously) and I'm so pleased with my purchase.
Great selection, great range of prices and a superb salesman. Thoroughly recommended without hesitation.

Placed order online - items were shown as being in stock. Chased up non delivery - 1 week, 2 weeks etc to be told that one item was not in stock although rest of order could presumably have been sent ? Communication very poor and have requested refund. Kitchenknives seems to be part of a group of companies. One of them has an online website which doesn't actually allow you to order. My first and last experience with kitchenknives.co.uk

I would have preferred if the age verification would have explained to me prior to making the purchase. Also the link sent for the age verification looked like a phishing email, as it mentioned that credit card details would be kept on file sand used for any transactions in the future. Not cool!

Great company to deal with - wide range, good prices, and useful free gifts with each order too e.g. kitchen scissors. I bought a lovely Demeyere pan from them this time, but have bought Japanese kitchen knives in the past too - all delivered quickly without problems.

Really great and responsive service from KitchenKnives -kept me up to date with why delivery was delayed due to one piece missing. When it arrived the knives were well packaged - of great quality and came next day delivery.
