Awful shipping and pitiful customer service. I ordered a pocket square for my wedding with ample time and the shipping has yet to update. I reached out to customer support to ask for an update and was also met by delayed responses with no intention to help. I ordered at the beginning of March and here we are almost 3 weeks later without my order and no help from KJ Beckett. Save your money and order from any other online retailer.

They replied saying they could send the corn colour I preferred immediately and would refund me the other two. They did this and the bag arrived quickly along with confirmation of my refund. Very happy with the bag, the price and the customer service.
