Incredibly helpful staff
I recently purchased a Roka backpack from KJ Beckett. I was having difficulty deciding which colour to buy and it was incredibly helpful to talk this through with a member of staff who took the time to answer my questions. Delivery was very quick with great communication. I also received 10% which was brilliant.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. I ordered a Roka rucksack which arrived promptly. Unfortunately although the bag was the correct one, teal, the colour was not like the Roka company photograph and was a bottle green. I emailed KJ Becket and had a reply from David who kindly advised that I could return free of charge (normally there's a fee) and sent a photo he had taken of another rucksack that matched the colour I was looking for. I then ordered the new one and am very pleased with it and with the customer service i received. Thank you

Easily useable website and purchase
Easily useable website and purchase. Very happy with the product. My only issue is the use of Royal Mail to deliver as they are massively unreliable in this area which means delays in delivery.
