Kover-it  Avis

This is a repeat order from Kover-it which was processed very quickly. The courier (DHL) managed to deliver the package in a timely manner which was a bonus.
The cover for the table is made from quality material which feels very robust.

Efficient, helpful and a good product

Excellent customer service. Guidance provided prior to ordering expectation 6/8 weeks however manufacture and despatch within 2 weeks. Looking forward to receiving the product tomorrow and being able to get my garden furniture delivered 😊. Was
recommended to the company by garden furniture manufacturer. Have passed Kover-it details to many. Thank you

Really easy-to-use website with very clear instructions which informed my choice. Incredibly quickly dispatched. The covers are very well made, robust and of excellent quality - they also fit perfectly! The recent rain has shown them to their best advantage! Thank you.

I recently had two guys from Kover-it come out to service and replace the material on my canopy awning, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. They did a fantastic job from start to finish — professional, efficient, and clearly skilled at what they do.

Both of them were incredibly friendly and polite, which made the whole experience even better. It’s rare to come across tradespeople who take such pride in their work and also make you feel completely at ease while they’re doing it.

I would firmly recommend these guys, and Kover-it as a company, to absolutely everyone. Brilliant service and excellent workmanship.

Quick service. Quality cover - will last for sure.

Excellent product and service.

Delivered as promised, great quality product and made in the UK. What’s not to like!

Made to measure parasol cover. Great fit, very good quality material and prompt manufacture and delivery.

The website was very easy to negotiate, the product looked to be just what I needed. It arrived expertly package and is of high quality. Delighted with it!

Amazing customer service and responsiveness. From the first email enquiry to the delivered product, this company and it's staff where brilliant. I made several enquiries and Kover-it was the first to respond, they understood my needs perfectly and represented this understanding with a visual reference of what they would manufacture. Even the shipping & delivery was overseen by the team at Kover-it. Absolutely perfect in every way, I can not recommend this firm enough and would buy from them again in a heart beat.

Excellent service from start to finish! Delivered within the estimated time frame and the covers are a high quality product, fitting the chairs perfectly. A quick call confirmed the chair measurements and Jennie was really helpful with explaining dimensions (chairs are low seat with high back) - Louise

Jennie was extremely helpful in processing my order and kept me informed of delivery details. Product was received well packed and secure. It is now in place protecting our new arbour until warmer times.

A great service from start to finish. My order was delivered promptly and I’m very pleased with the quality of the product…would highly recommend!

Really nice fit. Our garden furniture is now winter proof.

I needed a bespoke cover made for two aluminium Christmas trees. Chris gave me an initial price for two separate covers. They were quite expensive so after a few emails and drawings, we came up with a design for a single cover. It arrived yesterday and looks great on the trees and is very well made. This is the second cover I've had made. I had a cube made for my patio furniture and it's still going strong after nearly ten years

Regular customer and always great service and high quality product

Product was well made and looked and felt capable of surviving all sorts of weather. It fitted our AFK Cottage Arbour perfectly.

The service was outstanding with incredibly fast delivery by the carrier. The product itself was of exceptional quality and fit the arbor perfectly, as if custom-made.

I have used Kover-it numerous times over the past 10 years. Everything they have produced has been perfect. I am glad to say Chris and the new team have maintained the quality and the service.
I would recommend them to anyone requiring quality covers that withstand UK weather and last for years.
