Long delivery & too small
The shoes took two weeks to be delivered only to fit small (I went a half size up). I have to return them.

Very disappointed with Kurt Geiger customer service. I placed my order on 5/16/26 and paid extra for expedited shipping, yet as of 5/25 I still have not received my order. I contacted customer service for help, but they were unable to provide any real assistance. I also asked to speak with a manager and was told no managers were available and that I would receive a follow-up email within 2 days which never happened. Poor communication, lack of accountability, and delayed shipping despite paying extra is extremely frustrating. I expected much better service.

My purse came in with no defects
My purse came in with no defects. I thought it was the lighter denim but it was more dirty looking denim but it’s ok. I guess it’s the gray mixed with the denim that gives it that look but it looked lighter on the website.

Absolutely gorgeous cross body bag.
My experience was great. My crossbody bag is gorgeous and it came with a mirror, a cute little black bag with a quote. The bag also has a quote in the bag and a little white card that has instructions.
