Very good quality wig that I brought will definitely be buying more.

Bought the blond ogee wig and I loved it. I didn't use it as a daily wig only on weekends and it lasted me a year. Everyone thought I looked great and some people even thought it was my own hair. I'm sad you guys have moved from south Africa and I have to ship from the UK now. It's more hassle and money.

I got bundles when I ordered a wig to b made up then when the wig it’s gappy n sew incorrect n no one as answered to give me my money back it’s a appalling experience n service n to b ignored after waiting so long when having a operation I just want my £268.99 money back n never will use them again, update on February I email them that u sent a wig which is gappy not sew right n ask for band n clip n got a wig that I can’t wear they respond saying we don’t do return no apologies nothing n I wasted money while having a operation n nothing to wear still to date or my cash got my emails n pictures to cover all the messages back n forth n the no reply’s it’s a disgrace n they trick you I just need a full refund and let me get a correct stylist to do a wig as promised

I placed my order on 29th January - 3vwings totaling £75.00 and it still hasn't arrived. I sent several emails regarding the missing order, I received a couple of responses saying that my order has been dispatched. I then sent a WhatsApp message on 9th February, requesting a refund, and I was promised that the order will be dispatched on Saturday, and delivered on Tuesday 13th February. Its Wednesday 14th February, 17 days after I placed my order and I still haven't received it.
