Good product and good communication over the phone
Got off to a slow start when I found out my order wasn't available for next day delivery. The internet site should have informed me the Ladders were not in stock, I would not have minded. But after that the service was very good. Communication between myself, the company personnel and the courier was excellent. Product very good will definitely deal with them again.

I ordered the ladder and it was to be…
I ordered the ladder and it was to be delivered next working day...I was then emailed to say there's a delay...when it finally came the delivery company would not leave it even though I had asked for it to be left on my driveway...no mention anywhere that it had to be signed for...!!!!!!

For health and safety reasons, our courier does require a signature on delivery and is unable to leave ladders unattended without one.

Ordered Tuesday afternoon - well that is Wednesday for next day, arrived Monday ! Next day is a myth.

Ordered my telescopic ladder on Monday morning, 24 hours later (Tuesday morning) my ladder was delivered. You can’t beat that for delivery.
The ladder itself is very sturdy and has been used to clean the gutters on my property. I can’t fault either the company, or the ladder I bought from them.
