Definitely not next day delivery
The company stated next day delivery but I ordered Friday and didn’t get until late Wednesday afternoon, losing me 2 days work!!
Total runaround from customer service passing the buck constantly from department to department. Nicest person was the actual delivery driver!

We would like to clarify the delivery timescale for your order.
Your order was placed on Friday evening, after our 12:00 noon cut-off time for same-day dispatch. As stated in our delivery terms on our website, orders placed after the cut-off time are dispatched on the next working day, as we do not dispatch orders over the weekend.
Your order was therefore due to be dispatched on Monday, with delivery expected on Tuesday.
Unfortunately, there was then a 24-hour delay with the carrier, meaning your order was delivered on Wednesday instead. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this caused.
Once the order has been dispatched and is with the carrier, delivery times are outside of our direct control. Unfortunately, carriers can experience delays, particularly during busy periods. This time of year can be especially challenging due to increased parcel volumes and staff shortages caused by annual leave and holidays.
We are continuing to work with our carrier to minimise these delays and improve delivery performance.
We appreciate your understanding and apologise again for the inconvenience caused by the carrier delay.

Quality product

First set of ladders delivered damaged. No wrapping on any ladders delivered, bubble wrap would be an idea.

Thank you for your feedback, and please accept our sincere apologies that your first set of ladders arrived damaged.I completely understand why you suggested bubble wrap. However, due to the large size and industrial nature of these items, we are actually unable to wrap them completely. Wrapping the ladders can obscure the frame during transit, which makes it very difficult for our couriers to spot handle-points or notice any transit damage before it reaches your door.I am pleased to confirm that your replacement set has now been successfully delivered. We hope these have arrived in perfect condition and are ready for use.If you notice any further issues let us know.
