I was expecting next day delivery!
I can't fault the ladders, although I was my fault for ordering ladders which were too long. I have taken one start off because, I bought it on the understanding that it was next day delivery. It took 5 days. When I tried to phone you on the 3rd day, after the options, there was no answer.

A frustrating experience so far.....
Unfortunately this has so far been a frustrating experience. Delivery later than expected and the ladders were damaged. Replacement set was promised but haven't arrived. A shame as apart from the damage the ladders look good. Maybe need to find a different delivery company?
