Lakeside Needlecraft Avis

So very pleased with my carolyn manning patterns . They arrived very quickly and excellent value. Will definitely use this company again . Thank you .

Another wonderful experience from Lakeside Needlecraft. I always get anxious when ordering a large amount of different thread colours, but they were spot on, and speedy delivery. :)
Would definitely recommend, thank you for supporting my embroidery passion!

Iv ordered a few DMC threads for cross stitch patterns and to add to my collection also.
The service is fast, ordered Thursday, the next day posted, ready to sew Saturday when they arrived.
Easy to use and good on prices
Used them a few times and you collect points which is a nice bonus. Will continue to use them and recommend. They do a selection of kits good for gifts

Very good, very good. I love it, from the moment you go on the website, the choice of kits, fabric, thread, beads spoilt for choice.
I bought kits & other items, I like the way, they send you a update about your order, keeping posted, it's delivered by the postman through the letter box. Lovely, I can recommend their website for any one who likes to cross-stich.

Having been let down by an Amazon Marketplace supplier I re-ordered direct from Lakeside Needlecraft. Despite a small delay, which they kept me fully informed of, they completed the order and supplied the product I had been looking for.
Great Service and good quality product.

Always excellent customer service; which is rare these days.
I emailed a query to Lakeside and had a response within hours, I was not expecting a response till after the weekend, (this was a Saturday).
Items are always well packaged, delivery times are excellent. Fab website to navigate with a wonderful choice for stitchers. This company is always my first port of call for any new project, or to see what's new.

I can not fault this company at all they're one of the best I've used most of my purchases are for my wife who due health problems can not visit busy shops and buying on line means she can keep one of her hobbies going all orders are dealt with quickly and they're nearly always here within a week I would recremend lakeside to anyone

Fantastic service! I placed an order on the 29th December, was informed on the 30th that an item was sold out so I chose an alternative and the order was dispatched. It arrived this morning! Less than 24 hours after Dispatch!
I use lakeside needle craft for a lot of my crafting purchases as I find them to be brilliant value for money and always good quality and this time was no different. Thank you!

Great customer service. My first order was lost in the post and Lakeside Needlecraft resent is without any problems. Thank you.

Brilliant service as always, surprised in this weather that it arrived the following day lol x

will Never use them again, going to use Lovecrafts.....everytime there are parts of my order missing.

Thanks for prompt delivery of my material, all arrived in good order

Honestly the best needlecraft supplier in the UK!

I love Lakeside Needlecraft as they are one of the few suppliers in the UK that stocks Rainbow Gallery threads! While they don't have a huge selection, it's been more than enough to inspire!

Prices are very reasonable and they ship very quickly.

Never have any issues. Fast delivery and excellent quality.

Excellent in every way! Customer service is amazing and they will always try to help with any questions you have.
Number one for stitching supplies.
I would rate ten stars if possible!

Lakeside Needlecraft is my first go-to whenever I need any threads or fabric for my stitching, it’s absolutely great. Kate seems to stock absolutely everything essential so I always find what I need.
I really appreciate that each shopping earns you points which are immediately redeemable in form of a discount in your next shopping.
I also love their DMC thread monthly subscription club to build my DMC collection in an affordable way.
I would 100% recommend this shop to any needlework crafter, I think it’s the best independent online company in the UK.

This is a great site if you need craft materials for needlepoint, cross-stitching etc. The site itself needs some developer work, it is very slow, and takes a while for it to load once you've clicked on an item, but all that doesn't matter too much because of their incredible prices. Amazon is next day delivery but much more expensive for DMC thread for example. It takes about a week to get my supplies from this website from ordering to actually getting the items (even with Royal Mail 1st class), but I just order in advance. Lots of materials for sale and great fabrics for cross-stitching, thank you. Will take you over Amazon any day!

I love this company, I am so pleased I found them. The website is easy to use and the range of products are awesome. I would recommend this company.

Thanks Lakeside Needlecraft for my recent order. Love the new needles and can’t wait to start the kit once my current project is complete.

Your order updates, delivery and service are amazing once again

Will be ordering from you again soon

Thanks again lakeside needle crafts, products arrived accurately and quickly, can’t wait for next month when I do part 2 of my order. X
