Lakeside Needlecraft Avis

Amazing customer service!

A few items were missing from my order and Kate got back to me within the hour and they were sent that same day. 1000% recommend and will be buying all of my supplies from them now. Already have a cart full of threads for my next purchase!

I recently ordered a large batch of DMC threads, they arrived within six days, very neatly packed and very complete. Lakesideneedlecraft couldn't have done anything better!

Very accommodating and well priced. Excellent service. I would highly recommend

LN sell good quality and unique products and have competitive prices, but I feel the delivery & processing time really brings them down. I've been waiting almost a week and I don't think my order has even been dispatched yet! The lack of communication made me feel like my order had been forgotten. So if you need something within a short space of time, I wouldn't order from LN.

Also my order was processed the same day, about 7 hours after I made the order too, so I assumed it would be dispatched in the 2-3 working days stated, seeing as someone processed my order on the weekend.

Edit: Ordered again recently and item still hasn't been dispatched. I did order on the May bank holiday Monday, so I of course don't expect anything to be processed on a bank holiday, but it's now Saturday 11th May and it's still not been dispatched. :(

Considering this appears to be an ongoing issue for at least 2 years, I'm surprised more hasn't been done to ensure quicker dispatch times.

Edit: it appears LN shows items on their website as in stock when they're actually out of stock, so if their delivery is delayed, your order will be too.

Goods came within 2 working days (over the Jubilee bank holiday) and were exactly as described. I am very pleased with my needlework charts and will happily order goods from them again.

Usual fabulous service that I have come to expect from the Lakeside crew. You get an email confirming your order, then that it is being processed, finally an email notifying you that your order has been dispatched so you know when to expect it at your door. It makes me feel involved all the way from making my order to finally opening my package. Thank you ☺️

I ordered some threads from this company on Sunday 24th April and have just received a mail telling me that they will arrive on Tuesday 2nd May. Over a week to get here must be a record as they always takes ages but not this long. I suppose it's Covid as these days that is the go to excuse.

Excellent service i wouldn't use anyone else.
Very good customer service too.

Amazing, quick to arrive by post and in a bag that can be recycled too, Easy to buy service. I brought the fabric and joined in for the new Sal strength 🥰

I don’t understand the term dispatched since it is a PDF!

Prompt service and love the way they keep you notified all the way from order,to processing and then dispatch

Really good range of products. Everything I've ordered from them has been good quality, well priced, and has been delivered quickly.

Order my materials for embroidery and cross stitch from this shop. Excellent prices for threads and fabrics, and great communication from receiving your order to dispatch. Good range of tools and accessories as well.

The only shop I will use for any future projects, cannot recommend enough

Excellent service, shoutout to everyone involved, in particular Rachel. Delivery came quickly and updates were regular. I would recommend to a friend and an enemy. All round a great experience - it made my year :)

I ordered some DMC floss for a cross stitch project. Great prices and a brilliant range of stock. Very fast delivery and all items arrived as expected! An added bonus was all the packaging was recycled or biodegradable. I will definitely be buying from here again!

Great range of products, all of good quailty. Super fast delivery

Great service as always from Lakeside: quick turn around and good communication. The shop also has a good variety of items for sale, a shortcoming with so many on-line shops. Price is good but as from 2022 we now have to pay VAT in Ireland on all items emanating from outside the EU which does unfortunately increase the price a little. It is difficult to find embroidery products in Ireland however, so I will continue to shop here.

I m very happy with my Order. Super fast delivery. A+++ customer service
