Lakeside Needlecraft Avis

Fast and efficient service - never let me down. And you have fantastic cross stitch fabric designs to stitch pictures on - keep the designs coming please! Many thanks and a happy new year T

I’ve been using Lakeside for years and find them excellent. My only criticism is that stock levels of threads are rarely sufficient to meet my orders in one go - threads that are imported take a long time to arrive. Staff that I’ve spoken to on the phone are always very helpful and friendly.

Good and to the point customer service and fair prices. I am very happy with the materials that arrived.

Excellent service good selection of products excellent tracking of order great company to deal with would highly recommend.

I always get my cross stitch supplys from here and they are very high quality and always shipped out with a couple of days would recommend them.

I’ve placed several orders with Lakeside, and the service is perfect. Constant updates on orders, the website is easy to navigate, and the quality of the products is always top tier.

Very large range of items available which makes it a one-stop shop for everything cross-stitch related. I purchased everything for my project in one massive order. Quality is perfect.
The only missing star is because delivery took slightly longer than I hoped it would, though it was still within what they advertise on their website (I am slightly impatient :)
I ended up ringing them and Lou was fantastic, she had my package sent on the day, and included a second order for one single item (which I've made only a few days before) and she refunded the postage of that second order.
Overall very please and I will use again.

Still not received item

Thank you very much for the safe delivery of of the beautiful threads... I'm sure I'll be back for more.
Best Regards Diana

I have been a loyal customer to Lakeside Needlecraft for nearly 2 years. I buy all my cross stitching suppliers from them and the quality of service is superb. I always find what I need, orders are quickly dispatched and they always arrive nicely packed. Bonus is that the packaging is not excessive, some of the plastic is biodegradable and there is a loyalty program saving few pounds here and there.

I have dealt with Lakeside before and have always found them very helpful and courteous. I will continue to purchase from them in the future.

I’ve always had great service from Lakeside Needlescrafts. Never had any delays. Everything comes perfectly packaged. Will continue to use this lovely company :)

Once again, Lakeside Needlecraft have come up trumps, with excellent, prompt and efficient service - I can't rate them highly enough.

Lakeside are terrific. I have ordered many times and they always sort me out. If you have a problem they sort it very quickly. They order things not in stock and keep you up to date throughout.

Absolute excellant service. I use Lakeside Needlecraft now for all my cross stitch needs due to the reasonable costs and speed from ordering to delivery. If anything is out of stock you can opt for an email notification once it is available. Saves me a lot of time travelling to find that one colour thread you are missing and need it quickly. And you get loyalty points - what a bonus! Only down side is that I 'have to" spend £25 for free delivery when you may only want a couple of threads but hey, who cannot find something to buy when it comes to Needlework!!

I discovered this business by accident and have never looked back!!! Whether the order is small or more substantial, the service is exemplary and first class. I love that Lakeside keep you up to date throughout the process and are extremely helpful.

Thank you lakeside Needlecraft for the Aida. It was promptly delivered after the doanne accepted my first export tax payment. The postie was then asking for a second, repeat charge, so I explained gently that I had already paid it online. Please note that other clients may experience this. I will definitely recommend you to fellow cross stitch fanatics. Thank you once again. Sian Elliott

Items just arrived in the post, great service, thanks so much
