Lakeside Needlecraft Avis

Excellent place with lovely shopkeepers, support hard working stalls inside the shopping centre!

Lakeside Needlecraft have a good range of fabric, threads, kits and all else you need for your cross-stitching project, always reasonably priced + they offer a free tracked delivery on orders over £30. Processing time is also great (usually has been 2 working days for me, longer if fabric needs to be cut I believe)

I highly recommend this store's jewelry-making kits. The kits are well-curated with a great selection of materials, and the instructions are clear and easy to follow. It's a great way to try out a new craft and create something beautiful!

Ordered online, website easy to navigate. Item came 2 days after ordering. Item came in a tamper proof bag, with item and compliment slip with contact details if needed. Good quality item. Would highly recommend

Quick replies to questions. Able to add an item to an order in progress which saved me postage. Regular updates on progress. Excellent service and products at a very good price. I will definitely be using them again

Once again, top service from Lakeside Needlecraft. From ordering to delivery I was kept informed all the way along, and all arrived nicely packaged. Thank you Lakeside.

VERY GOOD SERVICE

Initially took over a week for the order to be dispatched and then very slow to arrive to New Zealand because of the cyber security incident with Royal Mail. Obviously the slow arrival was out of Lakeside’s hands.

Loved the range of items available and the prices are very reasonable. Items were very well packaged when I received them and were in perfect condition. I’ll definitely order from here again for overseas delivery but not if I need anything in a hurry.

The customer service from this company is top-notch, and the supplies are always high-quality. I would highly recommend them.

I use Lakeside Needlecraft for a lot of my cross stitch supplies because, more often than not, I can get everything I need in one shop.

Just made my fourth purchase from Lakeside Needlecraft in as many months. As always, it was easy to order and pay via the website.
My order was somewhat large as l ordered fabric and topped up my stash of DMC moulin skeins. I just can't believe the price of the fabric and the skeins! I pay so much more to shop within six miles of my home. My DMC skein cost £1.20 compared to Lakeside's 77p! A win-win situation, l'll be back for more soon. Thank you so much Kate and your wonderful team.

Made several orders, some with 100+ skeins of thread! Always delivered well packaged and in good time!

Many thanks for your swift service, my order was placed on Saturday and has arrived today (Thursday)
Thanks again for your assistance in sourcing the out of stocked items for me. I didn’t have to wait long for the notification to let me know you had sourced them.
The cost of the patterns was reasonable and in line with other stockist. Will happily use you again to source other projects in the future.

Kind regards
Tracy Murphy

First time I’ve ordered from Lakeside Needlecraft and it was so easy to use their website. I found what I wanted, easy to order. An email was sent to confirm order and delivery date. My order was dispatched and came when it was supposed to. Overall and very easy and pleasant experience.

Received PDF not long after payment went through. Important information was shared in the email and greatly appreciated. The process to join via Facebook link was great as I didn't have to go looking for it.

Very helpful. Queries answered quickly. Prompt delivery.

Everything I ordered was delivered, sensibly packaged. A very reliable company and my go-to for cross stitching supplies.

Stalking my mailbox faithfully and was finally rewarded...my treasures have arrived! Thank you for the careful wrapping of my chart...it arrived in perfect condition! Fabrics ordered are all awesome! I would be a more frequent customer if not for the exchange rate and postage (I live in Canada)...but I am sure my bank account appreciates this😻😉😻

I ordered over new year so expected a delay in delivery but was kept updated by email on my order status every couple of days until delivery.
A very happy customer.

Fast and efficient service - never let me down. And you have fantastic cross stitch fabric designs to stitch pictures on - keep the designs coming please! Many thanks and a happy new year T
