Lakeside Needlecraft Avis

I've never dealt with these people before but they were so friendly and willing to help me it was refreshing. The two kits I have done previously from people in England were among the best I've ever done. So well thought out and presented. I have no doubt this project kit will be more of the same.

VERY QUICK DELIVERY AND FRIENDLY SERVICE WELL DONE . OH!! GOOD PRICE TOO THANKS

Apart from taking a week to dispatch parcels I’ve now had my third parcel delivered with an item missing or the wrong item sent. I wouldn’t mind so much if I had placed lots of orders but I’ve placed 5, making 3 out of 5 be sent incorrectly as well as slowly. Having 60% of my orders being wrong isn’t ok and it’s also a huge shame because they have an amazing selection of lovely things. I could happily be ordering from them way more but I’m a little nervous now. Give them their due, once alerted to missing items they get them straight out in the post to arrive the next day. I just wish they paid that much attention to the rest of their customer service.

The kit was brilliant, the dispatch and delivery were prompt and I'm now a return customer

Order arrived on time , im happy with my purchased. Highly recommend this shop.

Great company to deal with always on time and super efficient and helpful

This is my go-to for all my embroidery supplies! They have a fantastic selection and top-notch customer service.

Have bought several times from lakeside needlecraft and never had an issue. Good communication and excellent products. Will continue to use them

Sent an order for 18 DMC threads late on 4th Sept which I appreciate would not be dealt with until the 5th. Had not had any notification by mid morning of the 8th as to the status of my order so emailed. I received a brusque reply informing me that despatch was 2-4 days and that the 8th was the 3rd working day (no it's the 4th working day) I was informed that on this occasion they would send my order 24 your delivery which had they not done so I would have received after the weekend a whole week from ordering. I have used this company a few times now but will no longer be doing so.

Lakeside Needlecraft are really helpful and efficient at getting the orders sent out quickly.
They also sell at more reasonable prices than buying from many other sellers and they have a good stock of thread, fabric, patterns and other useful things for stitching.

Kate was super helpful. My order arrived the next day which was unexpected. Love the threads I ordered. Am a returning customer and love buying variegated thread from Lakeside. Thank you.

Ordered one day. Arrived the next. Had exactly what I wanted, some DMC threads that had been discontinued. Arrived nicely packaged. Very professional, very pleased. Thank you. Will certainly use again.

Brilliant delivery, arrived the next day.

Came across this website for first time last week and they had the cross stitch kits I wanted and at a good price. Nice and easy to use website. Order came within a week, all beautifully packaged - thank you. Good communication with emails confirming the order and when despatch through to tracking. Will use again.

Updates on order status excellent, normal speedy delivery.

Excellent service and great communication. They were out of stock on cross stitch needles I ordered but after an email communication replaced it with a different brand and my order was dispatched the same day.
Thank you Kate and the team

This is my go to for all my embroidery supplies! They're quick and efficient. When they were going to increase prices for dmc individual thread skeins, they gave us heads up so we would know /order before it came into effect. Small things like that is what makes their customer service absolutely amazing! Thank you Kate and team! 😊

Lakeside Needlecraft is a wonderful company! They're quick, responsive, and always have what you need at a good price

Ordered 11th June as I wanted to take a project on holiday with me and needed threads. By 21st June still nothing had arrived so I emailed and was advised it would be posted that day, there was a delay on some of the threads being out of stock, it would have been nice if I’d been advised of this when I placed my order. By 30th June still nothing so I opened a PayPal case and as if by magic my order was updated as having been dispatched. Too late though so now the package is at home and I’m on holiday, had I known I would have gone elsewhere.
