Had a bed base delivered left in lurch by divers complained had manager contact te review offered two free pillows which seems standard only to be asked to change my review which I did only to be delivered by shop girl no further contact

I must be one of the longest spaced repeat customers Land of Beds has ever had. 15 years ago we ordered our first Millbrook mattess from them. Fantastic service and utterly brilliant product which served us wonderfully. When time finally came to replace that experience meant I never looked anywhere else and went back to Land of Beds for another Millbrook to receive the same level of service and follow up. Hope I am still around for third time in another 12-15 years

Mattress ordered and money taken. Courier unloaded in on to the ground in the rain then told me that the packaging was split and that the mattress was dirty. Did I still want it?
Rejected obviously.
Contacted Land of Beds as advised, will get back to you with replacement details. Email sent to chase but no response and the office is now closed. So far, not good. No doubt an ai bot will reply to say they’re sorry.

It was very easy to place the order. The lady I spoke was very polite and efficient. This was my third order. The mattress I have ordered again gives me the best sleeping.

Amazing company with fantastic communication. Lovely to talk to real people who sort everything out. Great prices and service - Charley went out of her way to get me the information I requested and the whole purchase was speedily organised but without any sales pressure. Really good to buy from. I recently bought a new mattress and they were very helpful advising me which to choose. Also delivery was quick, it arrived today within the time frame they advertised and it was free delivery. The sales people I spoke to went out of their way to advise me and make suggestions which one to choose. It arrived today, so haven't slept on it yet.

Smooth & seamless transaction. went into the store to view the bed & mattress. Highly competitive price. Delivered to the room of our choice & old bed & mattress taken away. Very friendly delivery men, even put our headboard on for us. Highly recommended, excellent customer service. Will certainly be using when we buy another bed.
