So far it’s been great, I contacted them via online chat and chatted with Charlotte, she managed to get a great deal for me so I’m very happy and will update my review once the delivery is actually here. There were quite a few delays and issues regarding an order placed for a Healthbeds adjustable bed for my parent. There was quite a lengthy delay from the manufacturer to send the missing bed parts, which wasn't helped by Healthbeds summer shutdown, But I can only commend Nicola, from Land of Beds for her excellent communication skills, keeping us informed every step of the way and for her determination in chasing the missing bed parts and sorting this order out. I often say that you do not realise how good a company is until things go wrong and the true test of a good customer service is how a company handles and rectifies any problems. So thank you, Nicola for your excellent 5 star customer service it has been very much appreciated.

well i was very happy with the service also the delivery drivers went out of there way to bring up stairs to my flat my new hybrid mattress because im unable to do it because im on crutches.

From the moment I walked into Land of Beds Wigan, I was greeted with a warm smile from all the staff there, which immediately made me feel welcome. They were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and professional, and the expert advice they gave me was invaluable in helping me decide which mattress was right for me. There was no pressure whatsoever, just genuine advice and great customer service.

I ended up purchasing an ottoman bed base with a mattress, along with a separate mattress, and, of course, a few cheeky little extras! I also treated myself to some luxury Harrison Spinks box pillows and two mattress protectors for the new mattresses. The protectors even come with a 12-year guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship, as well as cover for liquid staining should the protector malfunction. Great peace of mind when investing in new mattresses.

To top it all off, I managed to purchase everything in the sale at a fantastic price, making the whole experience even better!

Warm welcome, friendly and knowledgeable staff, expert advice and excellent value for money. The staff there are a real credit to Land of Beds.

Unfortunately, I was charged twice, when purchasing online. It’s disappointing that it takes a few days to get refund despite it being no fault of mine and appears to be an IT error. These things happen but I am unable to give more than 3 stars based on the service I received so far.

I had a great experience chatting with Lucy S on the phone this morning. I was completely bewildered by the choice of mattresses but she remained calm and helped me to make an intelligent decision. Highly recommended and lovely to be able to speak to a real human being for a change!

Julie is an absolutely wonderful lady. She wasn't pushy like the other bed sales places we went to. Julie even remembered my name when I went to visit a second time. She's very down to earth and helped us when we needed her. Very pleasant experience. The bed we have purchased is a very good price too. Thank you very much!

Julie at the Frodsham showroom was very patient with us and all our questions, and very knowledgeable about all the different options and what might suit our requirements. She was so generous with her time allowing us space to try out the beds but always available to answer any queries. It’s very unusual these days to have such a personal and enthusiastic service, as well as someone so knowledgeable about their trade, and it made the whole experience enjoyable.

3 things made land of beds my first choice. Competitive price & availability of swatch to help my decision. Additionally the range of headboards was good.

On our first visit we were shown all the beds that fit our criteria. We were then emailed with all the relevant information. On our second visit we met with Lucy once again who continued to be very helpful, knowledgeable, understanding and very patient. She made the whole experience stressless and we made a purchase there and then. When it came to sorting out delivery times and the practicalities of dates , assembly etc Lucy could not have been more helpful.

I was amazed by their level of customer service. I put pressure on them to supply multiple items from different locations to coincide with a specific date. Their calmness and help with dedicated lady Sophie to coordinate was superb. Apart from Royal Mail losing one pillow the replacement was out almost immediately when notified.
Thank you so much for such friendliness and professionalism. A rarity today.

To be honest it would have been a 5 star but for the courier who delivered the mattress. My mum is 82 and I did mention this in the notes when I placed the order but because she didn’t answer the second the courier reached the front door so he mattress was left in the front porch way. As a result a 5’3” 82 year old woman was made to drag a big heavy Emma mattress box into the house which caused her severe back pain for some time. Why have a notes section of the courier delivering it can’t be bothered to read it. Great mattress though

There was a good selection of beds to try in the showroom too. Highly recommend.

The bedframe itself is good quality and easy to assemble. However, the finish on the wood is not what I expected (described as "Coated in a warm antique paint") - it was rough stained wood so I had to paint it with a clear satin finish varnish.

After being let down by another company I tried Land of Beds and am very happy with the performance of this company. The bed was cheaper than buying directly from the manufacturer. The delivery was faster than anticipated. Overall, complete satisfaction with the whole process.

I ordered it and it came , I put the delivery back a couple of times no hassle !
