Testers arrived on time.
2 testers were very efficient and kept to the time slots, one took longer and the employees attending (who had been given an individual time slot and had to travel to the testing location) were waiting and started to build up, causing issues with the workflow in the factory.

Perfunctory Medical & D&A certificate
I have been having seafarer medicals for almost 40 years. This was the most perfunctory medical I have ever had. The doctor barely conducted any of the standard medical checks that I have had in every medical I have previously had.
I was handed my medical certificate without the D&A test certificate that I had paid for. This was given to me after I queried it.
The D&A test certificate does not identify the drugs that it has tested for so it can not be used as evidence of compliance with a companies D&A procedure.
