What really upsets me is I funded my offshore medical and I got charged more for less checks.
No hearing checks, no lung capacity checks, no urine check. No blood checks and we have to charge you extra money for the Chester step because we forgot to ask you if you required it. People of my age like keeping check of our health. How can they get away with fooling us with some lame excuses why they are not required any more. But they still have to charge us extra money for the 5 minutes the doctor tells us something I already know.

We have used LATUS for several years for our staff spirometry and hearing tests, and on every occasion from start to finish all LATUS staff have been friendly, courteous, flexible and professional

Technician arrived on time and was very professional. All medicals completed in a orderly manner.

Although polite and friendly it can be very difficult to get of a singular person to deal with an enquiry and make a booking. After phone calls trying to make a HAVs Tier 4 assessment I was repeatedly told someone would phone me back - no one did. When my query was finally answered each email passed me on to another colleague who only replied after chasing to then pass me on again.

Staff were Very helpful and accommodating with the bespoke medical that is required by my company. Very quick to get me booked in with the required appointments. Would highly recommend.

Excellent straight forward process

The process of now trying to arrange dates and book people in to appointments is in comparison to going directly through our OH provider is excessively complex and time consuming.
In comparison to other local OH providers your prices are now double what they are.
We had a random drug and alcohol test set up for two employees per month, it worked well the practice would ring me with two random names, this now seems to have stopped. when I emailed to ask why, you wanted me to give you times and dates!! That's not a random test. Overall the previous arrangement of going direct was far easier, quicker and less painful. This new (or at least to me) process is not a pleasant experience.
