Great every time
Have worked with the Latus Group for 4-5 years. Always very easy to work with, they accommodate last minute requests where they can, timely receipt of reports, straightforward booking system, great customer service.

The service itself was good
The service itself was good, quick responses to all my questions etc. I only took off one star because I feel I was unnecessarily over-quoted for the number of days and this makes me suspicious. After completing the timetable schedule I found we needed 2.5 days to complete all the tests, not the 4 I was originally told.
