Very professional and efficient
Very happy with how Latus Group carries medicals however, if an operative has cold and is unable to complete a certain part of the medical, rather than just labelling it unable to determine fitness maybe add a note as to why , like for example "operative was unable to complete lung function test due to cold" or something like that, the ominous notes make it seem like there is something seriously wrong with a member of our staff when in actuality they are fit for work they just had a bit of a cold.

Had a full medical exam and Jon was brilliant from start to finish extremely professional and personable. Very thorough in getting all the information required and contacting the right people for me to move forward. Although its restricted my duties it highlighted a lot of issues I’ve ignored for far too long. Jon burrows was the examiners name and his professionalism and understanding was second to none. 5*
