Health surveillance report not being provided
Health surveillance was completed 3 weeks ago. I have been chasing for the report for 3 weeks. I was told the report will be available through their portal but I haven't been provided access to the portal which I have been chasing for a few weeks.

VERY SLOW AND UNHELPFUL
Booked a safety critical medical with them, seemed fine before the appointment and medical completed with no issues.
Since then it has been a week of chasing them for a result certificate with nobody answering any of the landline numbers, minimal email responses and when they do respond it is unhelpful.
They haven't contacted me to take a payment yet and it has been a week, I have sent numerous emails asking what is going on with payment.
I can't understand a company that is so disorganised the customer has to chase you about paying for the services.

Really poor quality report
Really poor quality report. Service was very slow, and when we eventually got a report back it was rushed, generic, and just repeated what the employee wanted with no independent clinical view provided.
Not a great OH provider in my experience, have had to refer our employee elsewhere.
