It’s very helpful lawyer company, they know what they doing, very recommend

This is one of the most useless companies I’ve come across as they take cases and don’t respond to clients or even give you updates on your application. When you call they don’t respond and you have to be chasing them even though you’re paying them. I’ve dealt with other solicitors in the past and I’ve never come across a lackadaisical firm like this one. They shouldn’t even exist as they are full of liars and don’t show any interest in your case. If I’ve time I’d write more as it’s so frustrating that such companies like this still exist.

Lawstop Solicitors trying to cover up which they provided me a very poor service in this regard. Three members of staff members left Lawstop Solicitors during the last 9 months between July 2022, and early April 2023 as an example due to very poor service in my experience as a former client.

E Baptiste you should make a complaint with the Ministry Of Justice, the Legal Aid Agency Counter Fraud and Investigations and the Solicitors Regulation Authority. If you can manage to speak with the DIRECTOR unfortunately she is nowhere to be seen, I called several times asking for her and she NEVER returned my calls and NO ONE can say where she is based. I hope this legal aid firm is not another Blavo & Co Solicitors.

Thank you to lovely and helpful Hannah Bradburn, who handled my case without delay from the day I spoke to her and made sure the council met its obligation by offering me main housing duty and temporary accommodation.

After battling the council for nearly 18 months on my own regarding my homelessness. I decided to get a legal aid housing lawyer to help me fight my homelessness issue with the council. Having lost faith that I would ever be housed, I was finally offered a place to live by the council after a series of letters and a review request sent by Hannah Bradburn.

Dreadfull service they dont communicate with you properly or let you know your rights you never get any copies of any paperwork
And they seem to only call you around the time the legal aid papers need signing total rip off

Really bad service don't seam to have best interests as regards my case also not good communication non return calls no sense of urgency in fact my situation got worse without the proper support required very poor service to have not had any return calls until I logged this complaint calling 5 times One day requesting urgent call back now going to law society ombudsman
