If you use lazada then make sure you click pay on delivery . Pre paid deliveries get stolen and dont make it to your door. The delivery driver will take a photo if a box at your door but far away so you dont know what address etc is on the parcel. They also wont phone you so you're aware you've received your delivery . Never again will I use lazada .

Why is it that nothing is done against scammy practices on the site? I'm smart enough to see when something is too good to be true, but others may not, and it's off-putting and wasting our time.

1) Clearly fraudulent offers, such as a 4TB! SSD module for roughly $30.
2) Showing the photo of an Elgato device worth $200 and showing a price of only $100 (a difference product altogether that is listed along with it).

I and other have let them know for years. They just don't care.

730270037321069 is my order number. We received an in complete package, we proofed it to Lazada, but they still ignore our refund request. We cant understand it, as Lazada should protect clients and not cheat them.We will do all to destroy Lazada reputation if we dont receive our refund.

I feel compelled to share my nightmarish experience with Lazada, an online shop that has proven to be nothing short of a scam. Once you confirm receipt of your order, consider your hard-earned money as good as gone, even if the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. What's more infuriating is their cunning tactic of making it virtually impossible to retrieve your money once it lands in their wallet. They cunningly manipulate and withhold funds from rightful refunds, doing everything in their power to avoid transferring the money back to your personal bank account. It's nothing short of criminal!

I am utterly appalled by Lazada's dishonest practices and lack of ethics. They are clearly preying on innocent customers, luring them into a false sense of security with false promises of refunds and fair dealings. But beware, once they have your money, it's like pulling teeth to get it back.

In my opinion, Lazada's actions border on fraudulent behavior, and they need to be held accountable for their deceitful practices. I urge everyone to be cautious when dealing with this company and explore other reputable online retailers with genuine customer-centric policies.

Consider this a warning and stay away from Lazada at all costs. We deserve better than to be victimized by their unscrupulous practices.

Ich habe sehr viel über Lazada bestellt und am Anfang hat alles prima geklappt. Doch leider hat sich das mit der Zeit geändert. Ich wurde bewußt betrogen mit komplett anderen Artikeln , als ich bestellt habe und wenn ich stornieren wollte ging es nicht. Dementsprechend war auch meine Bewertung. Dann wurden Artikel von Lazada storniert, angeblich war ich nicht zu erreichen, obwohl ich den ganzen Tag zu Hause war. Termine wurden immer wieder verschoben und der Clou, weil ich mich dazu geäußert habe, wurde mir jetzt der Account gesperrt. Also alles in allen, total unterirdisch und auf keinen Fall zu empfehlen. Dann lieber Shein oder andere Shops. Sehr schade für die ehrlichen Händler. In diesem Sinne.

I am a longtime customer. I used to receive my orders in 1, 2 or three days but that was before and during the Pandemic. NOW it takes 5, 6 or more days. The sellers are slower to pack and send the orders to the transport companies and there the slow movement is happening. I have had especially slow deliveries from Kerry. Feel free to check or ask me ...currently an order was placed 08.07. dispatched 10.07. Kerry acknowledged 11.07. estimated arrival 13.07. The item is medical and the seller advertises Delivery 24 hours .... that 5 days or longer ....!!!
I used to receive medical orders over night from Bangkok !!!! what happened??

Ich kaufe in Thailand fast ausschließlich über Lazada ein. Der Kundensupport ist sehr hilfreich. Es gibt auf Lazada fast alles zum kaufen, vieles kann man mit Garantie vom Shop kaufen. Ich persönlich kaufe nichts ein wo der Shop nicht mindestens 1 Jahr Garantie gibt.
Besser als beim Lokalen Händler wo die Garantie erlischt wenn man den Laden verlässt.

Und wenn es mal was bei einer Bestellung zum bemängelt gibt, ist der gesamte Rückgabe Prozess extrem einfach, und bei Fragen hilft der Support schnell.

Absolute dumb, customer service is ineffective and a complete waste of time. Repeatedly lose packages and then in contacting customer service it’s clear they can’t read properly and simply ask the same questions going round in circles. Completely inept. Don’t risk your money.

I will not use them again. I am in Bangkok. The clothes sizes are wrong. They send whatever they want. I gave new clothes to my Thai husbands family. Absolutely disgusting and dishonest. Keep away.

Just awful 😞 very bad and NOT TO BE TRUSTED. They do not look after customers interests, send wrong cheaper items than ordered, send faulty goods that don’t work then make it near impossible to return and then go out of their way to ensure NO refunds, despite their BS policies. Lazada doesn't care about the customer. I have ordered thousands of baht worth of goods, and,Lazada has now decided to cancel my COD option. I'm now left with no other option available other than to cancel my account.

Lazada customers, whatever you do, if you are buying an item from China or overseas, always buy COD, don't pay by card or online banking. I ordered an item and according to the tracking details, it's still sitting in china undergoing customs clearance. The vendor says it's a logistics glitch and the item is in Thailand with the courier company. I asked for proof and he's gone quiet. I contacted lazada and they say they've cancelled the order a week ago but the tracking still says it's in china. I keep asking for a refund and an email from Lazada yesterday says I have to fill in an online cancellation form. I rang Lazada today and now they say the item has been cancelled and I have to wait for the cancellation process to go through before I can get a refund. MY GOD, PLEASE DONT BUY FROM AN OVERSEAS VENDOR BY PRE-PAYMENT, ALWAYS BUY COD. Lazada does not care about its customers.

In recent times Lazada (th) has definitely regressed in the administration of it's platform. It would appear similar has become the new norm for all the other geographically based branches.
Trading members that present as "local" in reality are too often simply deliberately deceptive store fronts for consignment goods. The initial short delivery times suddenly are expanded obviously due to importation delays.
While "Lazada" obviously depends on trader participation on the platform the trust of consumer customers is as important. In the face of growing levels of consumer dissatisfaction with regard to the overall administration, or lack of adherence to the advertised promises and protections, there is a risk of a move to other platforms or even abandonment of participation in dubious purchasing involving perceived deception and fraud.
Increasingly utilizing AI communications to distract and deny is less than good practice in a public consumer industry.

Lazada is very much a buyer beware. A very high percentage of sellers on the site are selling fake and defective goods. Lazada shows little to no concern for buyers. High ratings for sellers are fraudulent as only successful transactions can review sellers. Do a return or cancel based on seller dishonesty and Lazada does not allow you to write a review. Their easy return policy is only easy for them; as in it is near impossible to return something for the buyer. Customer service is absolutely worthless as they do nothing but tell you anything to get you off the call; with no intention of helping or resolving any issue.

I recently purchased a product from Lazada and was extremely disappointed with the experience. The sizing chart provided on their website was completely wrong, and as a result, I received a product that did not fit me at all. When I tried to get a refund, I was met with unhelpful customer service representatives who gave me the runaround. It was only after several days of back and forth that I was finally able to get my money back.

I cannot believe that Lazada would trick their customers in such a fraudulent manner. It's clear that they don't care about their customers' satisfaction and are only interested in making a quick buck. I would strongly advise anyone thinking of making a purchase from Lazada to think twice before doing so. Save yourself the hassle and shop somewhere else.

I've ordered a beard trimmer Philips from no-name Chiangmai shop. (cash on delivery). Order status on Lazada was "packed".
A man from "Ninja van" called me and gave me the parcel, I paid money. At home, instead of 500-baht trimmer I found 20-baht earphones. And seller immediately deleted his shop.
I sent photos and video of parcel unpacking to Lazada support. They answer:
We would like to inform that the parcel are not created and processed on Lazada’s system due to there is no data on our log. The payment made to the delivery man has been passed to the sender directly without Lazada’s participation or acknowledgement.

According to the reason above, we are unable to refund as your request. For our suggestion, please contact the logistic for sender’s address and contact to track down the amount.
