This customer contacted us on 17th April regarding a missing item. We replied the same day and issued a full refund immediately, which has now been processed from our side.
Refunds can take a few working days to appear back on a card depending on the customer’s bank, especially over weekends.
We have responded to all contact and resolved the issue as quickly as possible. We have also reached out directly to clarify this.
Scam retraction
Hi, posted an early review calling this company a scam but having received my order of the Argentina '78 top I am happy to retract that. The shirt looks great and is a really good replica. The problem I had with the company was communication. I didn't receive a comfirmation e-mail and subsequent e-mails went unanswered. That said the product was delivered in just over two weeks and like I said looks great.

Still waiting to hear back on a faulty shirt over a week later. Have sent pics and explained what's wrong with it. Unfortunate as up to that point, all was going rather well.

We are always happy to resolve genuine issues, but we do require the necessary information in order to do so.
AVOID THEY ARE SCAMMERS
AVOID SCAMMERS . I ordered a shirt back in December and they sent the wrong size. After numerous emails that went unanswered i sent the shirt back as it was close to the time frame allowed for returns. They eventually contacted me stating they were in receipt of the returned shirt and would replace it and offered me a mystery box for any inconvenience. 3 months and 34 unanswered emails I still haven’t received either and am 40 pounds worse off. Still wont answer emails and the phone number they provided is automated. BEWARE as they are unreliable and scamming people of their money.I asked for a refund through paypal but due to their refusal to answer any emails the time frame had passed. BEWARE NO SHIRT OR REFUND. They are l purchasing from sites like DH gate for 12 pounds and selling them on for 35 if you are lucky to receive them !

This reviewer has posted multiple duplicate 1-star reviews within a short period relating to the same matter.
This issue was formally raised through PayPal and fully investigated under case ID PP-R-ICE-619759793, which was closed in our favour based on the evidence provided. PayPal does not rule in favour of a seller where there has been no response.
Claims that we ignored correspondence or failed to engage are therefore incorrect.
We have also received a high volume of repeated emails from multiple addresses relating to the same matter.
As this has already been independently reviewed and resolved, we will not be engaging further on repeated or duplicate claims.
My Grandson likes football tops of less well known teams and the big smile on his face made it well worthy of 5Stars Chucky McD
The price was very good about £15to £20 less than some other places.

The customer emailed late Friday afternoon. As clearly stated in our automatic reply and on our website, we operate Monday–Friday and ask customers to allow up to 48 working hours for a response.
We do not operate weekends, so at the time of this review being posted it had not been 48 working hours.
We have now responded directly and offered a full refund upon return of the item in original condition.
We always resolve genuine issues promptly and fairly.
Scam. Avoid this company.
Really really disappointed with this company. I bought a tracksuit a month ago and I'm still waiting. I sent a email and they told me that i had to wait 14 working days, after 14 working days I sent many emails and none has replied. I phoned them but none pick up the phone. Avoid this company otherwise you will lose your money and your purchase.

They have explained that it can take up to 14 days to be Delivered.
It’s been a week now..
I’m very confident that will keep their promise.

This is a second review relating to the same order.
The order was still within our clearly stated delivery timeframe. Due to repeated demands for delivery sooner than the stated timeframe, a full refund was issued proactively to bring the matter to a close.

Your order was not missing and was within the clearly stated delivery timeframe shown at checkout, in our order confirmation emails, and on our delivery information pages.
Despite this, and before the stated delivery window had elapsed, you contacted us making accusations of fraud. To avoid further unnecessary back-and-forth and allow you time to source an alternative gift, we issued a full refund immediately.
