Second time I've used them and I can fault the quality of the product. Only thing I'd say is logging into my account to check up on the shipping is difficult I just had to wait for it to turn up but again twice I've used them and I've been very happy. I'll definitely use them again.

Haven't received my order as yet, e-mailed the company 3 times all I've had is a response of we will get back to you ln the next working day Nothing from them. I still haven't got my refund

Scammers, avoid at all costs. I ordered a shirt back in June last year and have received nothing. It was never posted, I’ve emailed several times, tried to call as well and have not even been justified with a response.

Don’t buy from this company!! I ordered a shirt 3-4 months ago and never received my order. I have emailed multiple times for refund but I am continuously ignored. Don’t waste your money

Order and paid on 26th Feb. Sent multiple (5 or 6) mails asking for status update as it is impossible to contact via phone. Only one had the courtesy of a reply "Sorry for the delay, we are trying to resolve it asap" (You don't say ?!) The only conclusion is this is a scam. I would not recommend transacting with this company.

Having had poor experiences buying football shirts from companies in China, I thought it would be safer buying from a UK based company. Even if they sourced the products from overseas, at least I'd have no language barrier and better customer service, surely? How wrong I was!
Ordered 2 shirts for £30 each, plus £5 postage. Nothing arrived after 30 days. Contacted them via the website, got an auto reply. Sent several direct emails, got no reply. The only response I got was a partial refund after I mentioned making a Paypal claim. But no direct contact or explanation of where the other £30 was.
After being ignored again, I did make a dispute/claim via Paypal. Obviously these bandits did not respond to that either and I won the claim.
Don't be fooled into thinking they are a reliable, professional business because they appear to have a shop in Glasgow. You will be pulling your hair out with their stonewalling.
Their website is now claiming their old website platform caused problems. But with this gem of a tagline - 'Please note all of our payment methods provide you the customer with a 100% guarantee of a full refund, if you are unhappy and after contacting us you still wish to then you can contact your original payment provider for a full refund.'
Which I read as 'We're never going to refund you, but we'll hold onto your money until you do a chargeback. And if you don't, we'll just keep it!'.

I received half of my order. I have since contacted them several times regarding the rest of the - already paid - order.

They never replied to any of my e-mails. It is not possible to call them.

Very unprofessional company.

Zero communication post sale from the seller. Send a perfectly reasonable amount of emails asking for tracking, which have no reply, ask for money back, then receive tracking and receive a barrage of abusive emails. Had they had sent email confirming sale, they would not have been emailed

Can’t comment on the shirt because it hasn’t arrived, despite the company appearance online, it’s clearly being run by someone illiterate and emotional. Reached out for an apology before I post, was told to go ahead and post - if the shirt is remotely as poor as dealing with the owner, then it’s going back to sender

I purchased a inter Miami tracksuit
Delivered fine but when I checked over it you see it was a fake
I reported this and got nothing but abuse from the company
I even provided images of the product comparing next to my other adidas products to show it was fake
No response
