The shirts I originally ordered were out of stock , was offered a mystery shirt as compensation, which I found very good.
They have explained that it can take up to 14 days to be Delivered.
It’s been a week now..

I made an order on December 11th of 2 tops and received only one of them. Despite repeated attempts at communication I have had one reply over 3 weeks ago. Don't be ordering if you are not prepared to wait for ages. Frank!

This is a second review relating to the same order.
The order was still within our clearly stated delivery timeframe. Due to repeated demands for delivery sooner than the stated timeframe, a full refund was issued proactively to bring the matter to a close.
The order was not late at the point the refund was issued, and the matter was resolved in full.

This review is factually incorrect.
Your order was not missing and was within the clearly stated delivery timeframe shown at checkout, in our order confirmation emails, and on our delivery information pages.
Despite this, and before the stated delivery window had elapsed, you contacted us making accusations of fraud. To avoid further unnecessary back-and-forth and allow you time to source an alternative gift, we issued a full refund immediately.
It is therefore untrue to state that you “never received the item” or that this was a scam — the order was cancelled and refunded at your request due to impatience, not non-delivery.
We stand by our delivery terms, which thousands of customers successfully receive orders under every year.

DISPATCH ERROR - OOPS 🤭
I placed an order for a football shirt, but the WRONG ONE was sent. I managed to get hold of customer service, I provided them with pictures of what should have arrived as well as what did arrive in addition to a copy of the receipt. Nevermind these things happen.
I have emailed them, however there is a slight mismatch when it comes to updates IE what's happening. I am sure that it will sort it self out.

We’re sorry that the incorrect shirt was initially sent — once this was brought to our attention and photos were provided, the issue was immediately raised with the supplier and a replacement was reordered without delay.
The correct Aberdeen shirt was dispatched on 8th December, just 2 working days after confirmation, and tracking has now been provided. As a goodwill gesture, you were also advised that you’re welcome to keep the incorrect shirt rather than return it.
While we fully understand the frustration caused by the initial error, the matter has been actively handled and resolved as quickly as possible. We always aim to put things right when issues arise and appreciate the chance to do so.

Very disappointed
Very disappointed. Poor quality and the wording across the front looks like its been ironed on. Not only this but it has been applied wrongly, so the first letter has been ironed onto the shirt unevenly meaning the shirt doesn't lie flat. I have emailed twice with no reply. I bought this for my sons so I had to buy him another gift.

In your first message you advised that you would be sending the item back the same day, so we were awaiting its arrival. No photos of any issue were provided, and the item has not yet been received here.
As per our returns policy, we can only assess a reported fault and issue a refund once the item has been returned to us. As soon as the shirt arrives, we will inspect it the same day and resolve this for you immediately.

Waited just over a month before chasing up missing Belgium shirt. Had no response after emailing and using the Contact form on their website.
Left with little option than to request a chargeback with my credit card.

Placed my international order more than two weeks, did try to send email and no response. Calling the telephone number, no answer.
I think this is the only way to get response from Legend. I try to send few emails, nothing response! The phone number shown on the website is not reachable!

Your order was placed on 25th October, and our website and confirmation emails clearly state that delivery can take up to 14 working days. This order is still within that timeframe.
The remaining two Argentina shirts have been fully refunded, and the rest of the order was dispatched early.

Shirts out of stock. I have twice put in an order and both times told, "out of stock". Surely this should be put on each shirt on your site, saves wasting time ordering when you know full well you can't get hold of it.

Fulham jersey
My experience with legends was not good at all,
On their website they showed a Fulham jersey 22/23 which I wanted it was described as a 23/24 jersey but I assumed it was a misprint, I personalised the jersey, when it arrived it was the wrong one, neither the one described or the one in the picture, it was one which invact was the lastest one, I emailed them about the problem they acknowledged they received it but done nothing, very disappointed.really wanted that jersey.
