Leisure Lakes Bikes - Leeds Avis 

Had a major problem with bike which was just out of guarantee. Leisure Lakes at Leeds dealt with the problem and I received a new frame and forks as a result. Always very friendly and helpful whenever contacted.

Wonderful customer experience from beginning to end. Wouldn't go past this company, 1st class service. Nothing a problem for them.

Personal friendly experience. when all is quiet in the shop all staff members are happy to help even those customers that are painful. I would highly recommend the Crossgates leeds branch and don’t forget to ask for a discount as if they can accommodate it’s yours.

Great service, ordered Monday 19th Dec, it arrived 21st Dec, given there was a postal strike I certainly wasn't expecting that, would definitely recommend, and will not hesitate to use again

Great service throughout the whole and very friendly chaps, and just 5/6 days before Christmas they had it ready for me to be picked up with all the post Strikes that was going on and I live Scarborough they couldn't guarantee it get to me. Thanks again to them 🥂

Went in for a break bleed today, they had a lot on, my brother worked there and he said it maybe done for Monday - Wednesday went in at 9:20 ish, bleed was done for apparently 10am same day picked up around 4pm the same day and got the bleed done for free .

Further to my 1 star review of the Bury store, Paul from the Leeds store (where I had bought my saddle originally) called me to try and sort this. He sent a colleague to the warehouse to find a saddle, check it was not faulty, and this colleague is now driving it over to me himself. My Sunday ride is saved!

Great website but the staff at the Leeds branch could do with a much happier demeanour!!! A smile goes a long way and eye contact goes even further.
Hasn’t been the only occasion. Called in about 2 months ago with a friend of mine to enquire about buying 2 x Spec Levo e-bike’s at £6500 a piece. Asked the manager whether anything on price could be done as we were spending £13,000!!! He looked up from the pc and said no and looked at away again. Ignorant man. Only purchased from here because they sell Deity components!!!

Absolutely brilliant!! Bought a bike from these a couple of months ago - great all good, great bike. but this review is about today - I am leaving to go on a coast to coast ride in two days. I'd had a problem changing my tyres and couldn't get the tyre on straight and snug in the rim. Took my bike in to Leisure Lakes on the off chance they could get me in before I go - the guy (Leeds, Crossgates branch) was understanding of my urgent need but they had 3 weeks lead time for servicing in the workshop. He had a look at the timetable and couldn't fit me in but then just said "do you know what I'll just do it now" - he took the bike and sorted it there and then in the workshop and then didn't even charge me - saying it's just air in the tyres. What a legend! My bike is now running fantastic for my big ride.

The way shops like this will survive is to have a great online presence, which they have, and delighting their customers which they did. I will be a customer for life and I will be telling everyone to go here!

Great experIence with a nicely discounted price, early pick up and friendly service when collected. Bike so far has proven better than expected.

I have just returned from the x gates branch very disappointed as I ordered two tyres for my e bike and a brake lever. I chose my tyres e wild 2.8 s and was told my bike would be ready within three weeks if any problems they would contact me. I attended today and without asking they had put alternative tyres on my bike ( not the specified size I wanted either) and told me that’s what they had so they put them on when asked why didn’t you contact me as I wouldn’t have bought them I would have gone elsewhere. I got no answer the manager told me he would put a 2.8 on my rear tyre as a rectification I just shook my head. The bike is mine and so should the choice of what tyres I wanted not cheap either I wouldn’t have minded about the price if I got what I ordered. I am so annoyed and just the usual we can’t get the tyres until march 2022 is a joke as I have already found some online

Good customer service when had to ring up to change my order there was no problems quick and easy. Fast dispatch and delivery all good as should be!
