The face to face interaction with immediate information.
We were able to easily make an appointment with Ruth in Bendigo, at a time that fitted with our work hours. Ruth was easy to talk to & had the information to list our options. Ruth communicated well & did the paperwork in a timely manner very professional but also friendly. We are very happy to recommend Ruth.

After working with two previous brokers who promised everything and delivered nothing we were put onto Ruth by our builders. From the very first call we felt comfortable and confident. Ruth overcome several hurdles to provide us with a Loan for our dream home. She was a delight to work with and we even had some good laughs. We will definitely work with her again.
