Very helpful service
Very helpful service following an online purchase. I was emailed exactly when they said I would to be told the order was ready for collection. Staff in customer service were very friendly and helpful when I went in to collect the item.

Customer service brilliant but unfortunately they have a beauty free gift if you spend over a certain amount despite doing this and in required beauty dept they dredged up a anomaly in terms &cond tbh think it excludes practically anyone getting said gift

No issue with products but poor customer service, an unwillingness to help. Packaging also extremely disappointing for a high end product and store. Will purchase directly from Diptique in the future.

Katrina was absolutely brilliant
Katrina was absolutely brilliant. I was having trouble using a code to pre-order my Liberty Advent Calendar, and she was incredibly patient in helping me work out what had gone wrong.
She took the time to reset my password, talked me through everything and made sure the problem was properly resolved. What impressed me most was that, even though the switchboard had closed by the time we finished, she never rushed me or made me feel as though I was keeping her.
It was genuinely excellent customer service and Katrina is a real credit to Liberty. She turned what had been a frustrating experience into a very positive one. Thank you, Katrina.

I contacted customer service after I realized I did not register for an account and could have received points.
I contacted customer service after I had placed my order for 5m of fabric using the order #. However they were unable to locate the order. I reviewed my order and realized I had sent the incorrect amount of fabric and resent the information. Customer service contacted me again as she was able to find the correct order and stated that I would receive the points offered in their website.
Additionally, I received my order within 3 days of ordering the fabric. I am extremely pleased with this service as it was sent from London, to the US.

Very helpful customer service
I recently bought a rather flamboyant Liberty print shirt and decided it needed a pocket square to set it off. Unfortunately the exact fabric is not currently available but they did track down a similar print and sent me a photo to show the similarity. You can't beat service like that.
