I would have given a 5 star is it were not for the person I called to make my appointment with. He keep trying to sell me on a package that I kept saying No too.
I finally told him I was done.
I called a few days later to make my appointment, that I kept on 9/17. Your people did and excellent job at my appointment.

Staff was friendly and professional. Wait time was minimal, and procedures were done as expected. I am still waiting for results, so hard to fully judge how useful the screening results will be.

Had to wait a bit, but that was because it was very busy. Everyone was friendly and completed the tests in a professional manner. They were obviously well trained and have been doing what they do for awhile.

Staff was very professional and friendly!! On Monday of that week of my appointment, I ended up with an ear infection and fluid in my ear, which affected my vertigo. I had already rescheduled my appointment once due to moving from Midland to Conroe. Staff was very helpful and patient with me. Great Job!!!
