The people were great
The people were great. Things ran on time. Got immediate verbal results and some documented. The only thing I didn’t like was the upsell. Things that were included in packages in the past were not this time. Bones density was standard several years ago. This time it was an upcharge. For almost $400 I expected inclusion of almost everything. Other than that a good experience.

All of the personnel were extremely friendly. They made you feel comfortable. And very efficient! They were shorthanded and still everything ran smoothly and in a timely matter.

I just wish regular doctors appointments yearly checkups included these test. The staff where I came to was very pleasant. The tests are quick, explained well and efficiently performed

I arrived at my appt and was done with testing in 15-20 minutes. The staff was professional, kind , welcoming and made you feel comfortable.

Asked more than once, no I wasn’t comfortable
I took the survey this morning so confused why asking again. Process not for me who thought my appointment time was when tests would start and not maybe when I would get checked in.
