Doing the minimum
Customer service not great when you want something that is outside the minimum consumer rights requirements. No flexibility to return a Xmas present which obvs was outside the minimum 14 days.

100% customer service and product
I found the exact jumper I wanted by a Google search. I wanted to check my size, so called the number on the website. Phone was answered in a few rings, really friendly, checked with colleagues and put my mind at rest ordering correctly. Arrived today, on time, well packaged. 100% Norwegian wool.. a really quality product at an excellent price. I'm absolutely chuffed!
