Dakota and Frank did a wonderful job for us. Frank laid out all of the details so we can understand them and Dakota install the unit in a quick fashion and explained it again. There were no inconsistencies and it was an easy process.

Lifeway Mobility made it so easy to buy the stair lift for my mother! They were able to come install it less than a week after my initial call. Erik, the installer, was terrific - took him only an hour to install and then spent the time to make sure my mother understood how to use the life. Everyone from Neil, our salesman, to Erik, our installer, and the nice ladies in customer service were friendly and helpful. They were a pleasure to deal with & I highly recommend this company!

I initially worked with Richard Simmons who was very friendly and came out quickly to provide a quote. After receiving the quote we were unsure but were assured that he understood and for us to take our time and let him know when we were ready. Unfortunately Richard moved on while we were deciding, however Anthony Russo reached out to inform us that he would be taking over our account and to reiterate for us to take our time and that he would check back in after a few months. We finally decided to proceed with the install and Anthony made that process very simple and stress free for me. Extremely happy with the professionalism and service provided by both gentleman.
