Bought a $9,000 wheelchair ramp less…
Bought a $9,000 wheelchair ramp less than a year ago. Wife recently died. Called the company to have it removed since they told me they buy them back. They tell me they no longer install/sell them but they are all over their website. They are fast to install etc when they want your $ but after that they don’t want anything to do with you

They did a great job
Just needed a small job done and they did it wonderfully. Came out and installed outdoor step railings promptly and efficiently. They provided some solutions for issues where I thought there would be no answer. Great job top to bottom.

Lifeway Mobility in Raleigh
Lifeway Mobility in Raleigh, NC is totally unresponsive to calls for service. Since the lift will not go down all the way, it is useless. This issue has gone on for over 5 months.
Installation in November, unit did not function. Replacement part in December, unit worked as expected. Starting in February, unit would stop short of full lowering down, unable to open lower door. Started calling Raleigh office and never received return call after multiple attempts.
Why would the service requests never get a response?
UPDATE: Lifeway Mobility has contacted me to schedule a technician to fix the issues with the VPL. If all goes well, I will revise my opinion of the company.

After talking to you, we uncovered that you were dialing the right number, but were selecting 1 (for sales) rather than 2 for service. In the future, please select 2 if needing service so it can be handled promptly and appropriately.

Everyone we dealt with from Lifeway Mobility were friendly, courteous, professional and easy to work with. Our sales rep Justin was on time and made sure we understood the product to our complete satisfaction , never rushed us or pressured us in the least. Lisa, on the phone, Bruce in the showroom as well as Kathy were very friendly and helpful and finally Joe Sr. with the installation, neat, clean and again very friendly. We will certainly recommend Lifeway Mobility as soon as the opportunity arises. Thank you all. Bill and Joyce Hoffman.

On time. Dependable, thorough and they don’t leave until you are 100% satisfied. They like to make sure you can manage safely with everything involved with the chair, the steps the , mounting and dismounting. Just a great company with quality products and people.

Good service on 3-year old stair chair.
The serviceman who came to lubricate, inspect and otherwise service our stair chair was one of the two-member team that installed the chair three years ago. Scheduling was easy and arrival was on time and nicely announce. The result is good.

Great company to use
This experience was great. The salesman was easy to talk with, gave accurate information, and used time wisely. The insulation is super quick. The ladies in the office were exceptional, Paige and Denise, correspondence was quick and resourceful. Although, our dear mom as passed on, she enjoyed the stairlift. Thank you for your service

Excellent service from Lifeway Mobility.
A small plastic part broke on one of our two stairlifts. I called Lifeway Mobility and they were very helpful in getting the part replaced. They sent a very nice and professional technician, George, to replace the part at no charge. Our experience with this company has been very positive from the first time we contacted them about purchasing our stairlifts two years ago.

I would have given them a 5 star, But
I would have given them a 5 star, but they missed my install day No call saying why. I called their office Twice that day only to be greeted with a message saying we are helping other customers please leave a message and we will get back with you.Never happened. I had to email Kent Herring Service Coordinator for help. He was very helpful. I had my install the following morning. Pat the instillation technician was very professional and friendly.
