Horrible experience please find another reputable company who actually cares about doing good for people in need and help the ones that truly need help, Lifeway will come after every dime and penny you have and then charge you for a service call

Good service

I researched on line for a ceiling track system in the valley beginning in February which is when I contacted Lifeway Mobility. I was looking for the brand “Sure hands “ because if you had upper body strength it would some independence and the ability to use the shower and toilet by ones self without a Hoya lift.

A technician came and accessed my living area drew out plans and assured me that he could get the “Surehands” because he had been to Colorado and was able to get what I wanted. A contact was signed and a sizable down payment was required. This was April. I was promised the installation would happen in May. Months passed silence from the technician. In June, finally I called directly to sales of Lifeway Mobility and found out the technician that sold me the system had moved on! I then called the Surehands rep and found out that Lifeway was not authorized to sell Surehands or authorized to claim it could get it. I have cancelled the project with Lifeway and I’m still waiting for a refund of the downpayment. What a waste of my time!!!! This is July.

I’m going with Lift & Care Specialists out of Tuscon who have the actual Surehands. Greg is the ONLY authorized dealer in the state of AZ. If you need transfer help, want a bit of independence and have upper body strength.
He will come out and give a demo to be sure it works for you.

We had an emergency with our mother’s stair lift.
She had surgery scheduled tomorrow and the chair suddenly stopped working and we needed to have a new battery installed. They realized the urgency and sent Jamel over right away.

Installers Eric and Ian were very friendly, polite and competent. Explained use and precautions well. Chairlift looks just right so far. Works well for me but waiting for my partner to return from rehab to verify it filling our needs.

On very short notice the company was able to construct a temporary wheelchair ramp to accommodate a surgery recovery. Anthony Russo really went above and beyond to get this done while also reviewing other potential solutions. Tracy was also very helpful in coordination. Moe Lev and the complete install team came in very promptly and had the ramp constructed within 2 hours. Very friendly and professional.

Robert was careful, professional and thorough, kept me advised and the work area clean. He was friendly and easy to talk to. A great experience.

Doug went above and beyond my expectations!
He even carried up my mini fridge when it arrived during the chair installation. Highly recommend Lifeway Mobility!

Your company provided us with very professional installers (Zach & Dan) that both gave us peace of mind on this project with all there knowledge of the install and equipment. The skill demonstrated curving the lift up and around our stair case leaving plenty of walking space and room for storage for the parked carriage seat and copacted design of the high quality quiet motor and railing system was superb. The two technicians came in 110 degree heat and installed the ramp system. It is as described. Feels sturdy enough. The company was easy to work with. I would use them again.

Absolutely customer focused. From my initial call to receive service to the technician Greg. Greg, the technician, was respectful, professional, friendly and explained everything about what made my chair not work. AND Greg not only fixed the chair but he explained what had to be done and why the parts were covered under warranty. Greg left no mess or trash. I’ve already told my friends about Lifeway Mobility.

After researching home elevators and meeting with several Denver-area companies, we narrowed our options to two. We met with Aaron and chose Lifeway Mobility for two main reasons: the strong reputation of the Garaventa Elevator brand and, most importantly, Lifeway’s ability to provide both the elevator and installation without requiring a separate construction company. That gave us a single point of contact throughout the project. The process took about five months from contract signing to installation, including time for elevator delivery and shaft preparation. Lifeway’s construction team was excellent. We worked mainly with Gary, Chris, and Robert C, who were detail-oriented, thorough, and responsive. As with any project, a few issues came up, but the team addressed them promptly and never left us waiting. During installation, our primary technician, Rustin, was knowledgeable and meticulous, with strong support from Robert and Fernando. Everyone involved took pride in their work, avoided shortcuts, and left our home clean and orderly at the end of each day. The elevator works great. We got the auto gate close option and I would recommend that as well. We have strong praise for the service we received and the entire staff. We highly recommend LIfeway Mobility.

Jeremiah Windle arrived on time and he got to work right away. He and John made sure everything was working and cleaned up after they were done.
