The installation tech was very professional and personable
The installation tech was very knowledgeable and made sure we understood how to use the chair lift before we started paperwork. He went over all of the safety features and asked if we had any questions. He was very personable and represented the company very well.

We were impressed with our first install that we arranged our second lift for upstairs on July 22nd. The best decision we made as opposed to moving to one level living which is not cost effective at this point in our lives. Service was great. Training by Eric exceptional. Staff support great. Thanks

Doug is awesome
Doug came to help us with the chairlift, he came over to fix it, he explained everything beautifully, he was very patient with this little old lady. He was so kind. I highly recommend Doug and the Life Mobility.

Charles from the Lifeway Mobility Arlington Heights office did a great job of installing four grab bars in our bathroom. He was very helpful with giving us suggestions where to put them. He answered all my questions. He cleaned up after he was finished. I am very satisfied with the finished product and would highly recommend him.
